Simply Hymns

I have bought this book for early intermediate students, it is full of hymns that are pretty easy to play, but beautifully done where they do not sound like beginner level. I wish there was another volume!

Love this book of music. I play preludes at church and everyone loves them. Jerry Ray does beautiful arrangements!

I would definitely agree that these pieces are on the easy side. Just the thing to sight read and wring out those old intermediate fingers before you start some more true intermediate pieces.

I like the variety of hymns in this book. I also like the arrangements.

I am not to the upper intermediate level so have found these books so helpful with preludes for church. They sound rich and full and I am able to ad lib with them too.

I was hoping these songs would be just a little more difficult, they were definitely on the easy side of intermediate.
