Not fit for purpose -appalling customer service
These chimes have no resonance so are not fit for purpose. The seller agreed to full refund via Amazon then sent an email refusing to refund postage which is the bulk of the cost. They have ignored UK retail rules which require a full refund including postage. And Amazon think they have adhered to the rules as they agreed to a refund without question.I would avoid this company.Zero quality Zero customer service.
