NO SALT & ALL LOVE!! 😊
Ok, all I can say is—- O. M. G. !!!!! Deeeeeeeelish!!!! I have to be on a low salt diet due to my high blood pressure and it is such a challenge finding low salt products in the supermarkets. I usually will make soups home made but there are times I just don’t wanna cook. I was hesitant about “canned no salt” thinking it would taste gross but I have to say, this Minestrone No Salt is sooooooo flavorful that it tastes homemade!! The quality and variety from the beans to the veggies is so well done! It’s an hearty meal (pun intended too). I’ve tried a few of their No Salt other soups too and they’re all A #1!! BRAVO!! 👏

It's actually good!!
Tastes great for a low salt soup. So hard to find soup without a ton of salt.

Great soup; terrible customer service
The actual content (the soup) is very good...that is, if you dare trust there is no damage or spoilage to it due to incredibly dented cans! This is not the 1st time I've experienced this & others have also commented & expressed their displeasure of the condition of the cans. I understand this shipment was deeply discounted...now I know better...but previous shipments at highdr prices are the same. Way to respect your custpmers, guys! No longer will purchase this great tasting soup from this vendor, sadly. And it took weeks to get also.

A little underflavored, but good.
This is going to "hit the spot" when you want some convenient, easy-to-make soup but have to avoid salt and sodium in your diet. It's not completely sodium-free, but enough that most people can enjoy a bowl (or two) when the urge hits. One can is 2 servings (according to the package) or 1 bowl (as normal people probably eat it). The soup itself is thick and fairly hearty, and has plenty of "stuff" (veggie chunks, pasta, etc.) in it. It's not a thin broth, so it does definitely feel like a minestrone. It made an excellent lunch for me when the temperatures dipped down and I found myself wanting some "comfort food". The first can, I ate with no changes, simply heated the soup in the microwave. It was OK - a little bland but not bad. The next time, I added some ground pepper and a 1/2-teaspoon of calabrian peppers (unfortunately, that added a little extra sodium) and that definitely gave some of the missing flavor. I'll be experimenting with kicking things up as I try the next few cans - maybe garlic, onion, oregano or basil. My final assessment: not bad, will buy again, but can do with a little "help" in the flavor department so feel free to doctor it up to your taste. Needless to say, avoid salt or you might as well just get Campbell's or Progresso.

This soup is a blessing for people on no salt diets
My mom loves this soup. She is on a low salt restrictive diet. This soup is a great go to on those days you don’t want to cook. It has been a blessing. It is very difficult to find no salt options

Good but a little thin watery..

Taste is pretty bad
I was so excited to try this new low sodium option for soup, especially for a friend that has high blood pressure. However when he told me that the flavor was pretty horrible, I was still skeptical & decided to try it for myself. Even after much doctoring, I had to agree that the flavor was practically irredeemable. Eventually I broke down & added a little extra salt to it at the end, to at least get it eaten & not wasted. I’m not sure if a salt substitute could be used to enhance the flavor while still maintaining a healthy description….

Pretty good soup for low salt
Better that expected for a low sodium soup. Liked it and will reorder.
