I purchased this quite awhile ago and I am still using it. When I initially started using it I did not notice any significant difference in my overall wellbeing. I paused using it for awhile and I got into a bad car accident. To assist with recovery I resumed using it when I got home from the hospital and now I feel a magnificent difference. I will continue to use this herb for how it affects my mood and sleep quality. It is a bit bitter but I take it straight from the dropped. It is probably better to mix it with water. I find it easy to swallow myself. It improves my sleep quality and that is all I really needed during recovery. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling with daily energy and their sleep quality at night. I use it for both. Great quality and the size of the servings is more than enough.

This stuff has worked really well for me. Just so happens I'm taking this right now as I'm writing this review. A couple months ago I had originally bought the same exact tincture and brand at a holistic store located four hours from where I live. I don’t travel as often as I would like and so I ended up ordering this brand from amazon. Typically I just squirt this stuff into my cup of water. I've read how well ashwagandha works on improving energy and dismissing stress which was a major reason for me to try this. I'm glad I did. Something to keep in mind is, most herbs take a couple of weeks to a month to start affecting the human body. Depends on who you are, sometimes the effects are faster and sometimes it might take longer. Sometimes a different plant might work better. So keep experimenting. In my case, I started seeing the results I was looking for within two weeks. I’m taking fewer naps because I have more energy to use. I’ve actually been taking this for months now and a few weeks ago I started a second job. I’m a big sap because I have a very low tolerance to stress. Working two jobs is something I never imagined I could do because of my low stress tolerance. And yet here I am, just passing my second week with keeping two jobs and there’s still some energy to spare. I’m very surprised to feel only a minimum of stress. It’s very insignificant especially compared to where I originally was and that was when I had only one job. Now I’m often working double shifts a day and I’m feeling pretty good. I still get an occasional bout of anxiety, usually when I forget to take the ashwaganda, but it’s not nearly as often or as crippling as it has been in the past. As a little side note, I have depression and anxiety and I often feel as if I’m in a mental fog. Within just minutes of taking it I feel as if the fog has lifted. Lately I’ve been able to think clearer and with a little more focus. A pleasant surprise considering it took a couple of weeks to finally see an increase in energy. I love it, and I plan with continuing to purchase this tincture.

After a two-year period of inactivity following a hip replacement (shame on me, after two months you're pretty much good to go) I got back to it. During that period I struggled with insomnia. After considerable research I've been drinking a glass of water with ashwagandha and magnesium powder. I sleep like a baby. Good to note that I also exercise, which no doubt helps too. Great stuff, I'll keep taking it.

After using it the past few nights during my night routine, I think it is helping. I've been sleeping better through the night. The one thing that's hard for me to get past though is the taste. It is pretty extreme in my opinion. Anyone got tricks to make it taste better? I did the alcohol free one.

According to consumerLab this is the best Ashwagandha supplement for the money. Does it do anything? I anecdotally can't really say for sure, but I keep taking it. Doesn't taste bad.

I just started this product but I have been taking Bacopa from this company for memory every day for a long time and I just want to recommend this company because their products are well tolerated. And I recommend if you’re looking for liquids this is the best option.

Information you might not know? I found out the hard way! Took this product for about 6 months daily X2. It does what it is intended to do..BUT….AFTER THAT LENGTH OF TIME..I DEVELOPED A SMALL BODY RASH WHICH OVER WEEKS KEPT ENLARGING. burning toes….very agitated and anxiety was increased…hot and cold body…TRIED TO STOP THIS PRODUCT AND EVERYTHING GOT WORSE….HOT FLASHES….ANXIETY THROUGH THE ROOF….BODY RASH ALL OVER…ITCHING….INSOMNIA NIGHTLY. READ UP ON THIS ON REDDIT-GOOGLE.COM. takes about a month to get it out of your system depending on how much you took daily. It affects you thyroid…harmones….everything is now out of wack in your system. I am absolutely miserable!! Thought I was having a nervous breakdown. It’s been three days now and I’m still fighting the withdrawals. Throw it in the trash!

I've tried a few different ashwagandha supplements, but this one stands out from the rest. The calming effect is apparent without making me feel drowsy or disoriented, and I've seen a noticeable improvement in my sleep quality on nights I take it. It's also helped level out my energy during the day, and I don't crash in the afternoon the way I used to. The size of the bottle is perfect for travel or keeping in my nightstand drawer, and the dropper makes it super easy to use. I appreciate that it's alcohol-free too, although that doesn't help with the taste :-) It's still a strong herb, so you gotta be willing to deal with the earthy taste. The strength is just right, not too weak, not overpowering. I'll definitely be reordering.

Useless really. Just tasted like sweet oil not ina good way. Like you were just taking oil.
