Works as expected. Color is not a perfect match and shape is not a perfect match, but it fits on well enough.

a lid is a lid
Search on the toilet tank at our work for the model number, found it, found this replacement lid, and it is a perfect fit. The only downside I could possibly find is that it has a very faint cream tint to the white color compared to the actual toilet, which is a more brilliant white. All in all, it's a lid, and it fits. Very happy.
