GLOBE Electric 61418 3-Light Semi-Flush Mount Ceiling Light Fixture, Brushed Steel, Clear Glass Shades, E26 Socket, Front Porch Lighting, Bulb Not Included

Coupled this light fixture with (3) 40-watt led bulbs on a dimmer. It replaced a cam light over a walk-in tub that we wished to provide with a soft spa lighting effect. The seeded glass surround of the (3) bulbs enhanced the effect. Installation was straight forward. Good value and price. Fyi- originally used 60 watt led bulbs and it was too bright.

First of all the price was excellent for a fixture of this size and look at least to me. The fixture has good weight, not cheap feeling at all, the glass appears to be hand made and the bubbles just add to it so much more than plain jane glass. The rubbed bronze matches with the other rubbed bronze pieces I have been installing as well.This product was much larger than I first expected and puts off way more light, which I'm grateful for. I would not recommend for low ceilings as the light fixtures are at various heights so on low ceilings the longer tiers may hinder movement, but for high ceilings, it gives it some upscale depth while putting out plenty of light.The unit was super easy to assemble took maybe 10 minutes start to finish with 1 person and that includes shutting off power and removing the old fixture.Would def recommend this product for anyone wanting to replace\upgrade their light fixtures while adding depth and functionality!

I love this fixture. It replaced an old (ugly!) halogen fixture in the front entryway. I love the seeded glass look, as well as the offset symmetry in the design (rounded glass, but different sizes and heights.) It just looks super.The construction is excellent. Everything is in alignment. It's easy to put up and put together. It fit perfectly on the existing base and covered the paint circle of the smaller (removed) fixture. It is well built - not cheesy but not too heavy. I wasn't sure about the finish - we thought we would want black, but it turns out the oil-rubbed bronze looks just great, with an accent color stripe that provides dimension.Tip for mounting - take a look at the picture, there is a "sweet spot" for how the 3 bulb fixtures and glass look. I found this out by seeing the side view from another room looked great, and the hallway in the entry - not so hot. - so i rotated it. Pick the way you want it before you mount it. If you model this before putting it up, it will save you some time. But after you get your look, take the glass off before mount it.I used open filament (LED) bulbs and they look great. There are a number of different styles (A19, A15, round, large round, Edison) but I liked the larger globe bulb - they look awesome in this fixture. I used 60w bulbs (on a dimmer) so you can adjust for either lighting up the entry or just providing a nice entry accent.

Looks great in our bathroom remodel. The globes are very nice and look great.

The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful show piece. I found it online through a home improvement big box for $20 more, (while it was on-sale with high shipping costs), so I opted to get it from here instead. I did buy two by accident but decided to use the second one in my dining room. Keep in mind that it does hang pretty low so I wouldn’t put it in an area where it could get bumped easily. Also the light stems are not adjustable so this will not work on a sloped ceiling. You can rotate the orientation so that the longest hanging globe is where you want it to be, (I put mine longest nearest toward the wall). You also have to put the glass globes on before you put in the light bulbs so I put the highest (shortest stem) on, then put in it’s bulb, then the next length, etc. this made it easier to reach each as I went. The finish is an oil-rubbed bronze with a darker, chocolate base (versus the often matt black base color). The globes are filled with intentional little bubbles that give it a more elegant look. Love this light!

Very lovely in person. Gives off a lot of light. I’m a little concerned that the screws get tightened right on the glass lip to hold the glass up. But I’m hoping the manufacturers know what they are doing and that the glass is strong enough.

Beautiful globe but very delicate

We just installed this light in the foyer of our business. The design is beautiful and with the Edison bulbs, it adds a lot of light. This was installed on a sloped ceiling, but I couldn’t find any other design I liked. With a bit of work, this can be done. We purchased 3 Flexrail Sloped Ceiling Adapters that easily screw into place between the light rods and the base. This adds a couple of inches to the length of the rods, however, so the wires aren’t quite long enough to connect together. We replaced the sockets with E26 Socket Ceramic Standard Medium Screw Sockets. These come with longer wires and the rest of the install was pretty simple.
