Pathfinder Player Companion: Giant Hunter’s Handbook Paperback – January 6, 2015

This book is a good additional to any Pathfinder player and/or GM alike. The source material is designed to give the player an inside look at hunting and killing Giants in any RPG.

Decent material for a small book

Giant Hunter’s Handbook:I was really excited about checking this out because I am currently involved with the Giantslayer Adventure Path. I was hoping for a couple of cool new feats and/or maybe some kind of archetype for my fighter. No such luck. There are three archetypes (Druid, Fighter, Rogue). The Titan Fighter can basically wield giant-sized weapons for smaller penalties which does my shield carrying dwarven tank no good. There are nine new feats. Again, nothing I am interested in. Of the four new combat feats, one helps your CMD (used CMD maybe once or twice during our campaign), one for unarmed combat, one for delivering poison, and one for treating your weapon as braced. There is new equipment, spells, and magic items. There are also some teamwork feats, but my party doesn't use them. I am sure there are good things in this book for some people, just not me.
