I have grown tired of buying hearing aids onli ne only to have a terrible experience, but when I saw the low price, I figured I would at least give it a try. The main problem I've had with hearing aids over the years is that they usually don't fit well in my ears. This is the FIRST pair actually fit in m y ears perfectly! On top of that, it is not overly bulky, as with all the hearing aids I've used in the past. After using this product, I can finally have conversations with my family without having them repeat their sentences. I am so happy I ordered this product.

I just got mine and I am amazed at how it works. Well worth the price. I had an expensive one and it quit working. I dont have to turn the tv up anymore and I can hear in church now! I do like that it is in the ear and not over it. I am happy so far with the product

I have moderate hearing loss. I can hear everything being said but understand very little I struggle to understand one or two words so I can carry on a conversation. I bought hearing aids that cost 2000 dollars and they amplified everything it was impossible to hear a conversation in a restaurant or with the tv on . They made everything in the background so loud I still couldn’t understand what people were saying. These amplifiers do they same thing but at a fraction of the cost. If I’m in a quiet room they work great. Any background noise and there worthless. You have to fool with them to stop them from whistling. Best way is to turn the volume off while putting it in your ear. So bottom line is my 2000 dollar one lasted a little over a year and were no better than these. So in a quiet setting they work pretty good. Update second time I used it itstopped working. Sending it back.

Bought one of these and within 4 days the memory foam ear bud started tearing up. The rubber ear buds provided will not seal off and causes the unit to squeal. The sound quality and volume is good when the memory foam ear bud was not torn up. It's difficult to remove from inside your ear since it doesn't have a pull string. I used an ear bud from another brand that I own that no longer works and it worked with this unit so I'm fortunately still able to use it. Would not recommend this unless they improved the durability of the memory foam buds or included rubber buds that would fit snug and seal off. If so I would recommend it because of the sound quality and volume.

It was comfortable and on a few rare occasions it worked fine and really improved my wife's hearing. However the majority of the time it would start squealing and she couldn't adjust it to stop the squeal. I would guess it was due to the degree of hearing degradation she has. It may work well for someone who's hearing is not as bad as my wife's.

After two months I find these hearing "Amplifiers" working almost identically to hearing "aids" that I tested for a week costing thousands more. The only weakness I've noticed is that the ear pieces tend to disintegrate rather quickly; but the unit did come with replacement units. I haven't checked the price for new ones, yet. Also, the $4K units can be controlled from the phone, with ranges in bass and treble....these units don't have that.

I AM AMAZED! I have ordered at least 8 different hearing aids and I received this product this afternoon. I opened it immediately and was thrilled with the size of it but was very doubtful about how well it would work. I tried it out immediately and was very surprised at the sensitivity and clarity using just the lowest level. I have worn it all day and it??s light weight, very small (which I love) and I will definitely order another. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

The tube is a little difficult to work with but the volume and quality of the sound is excellent. I did not know how bad my old unit was until I tried this new one.
