Does its job
I've had this water dispenser for a few months now, and I really don't have any problems with it. Well, I do have an itty bitty issue with its level of "cold" water. I like my water REALLY cold. The cold water on this is enough for most folks, but my picky self still puts ice.Hot water is great, it has an energy-saving option that keeps the water "warm" until you press a button for "hot water" then it heats it up more. I've used it for tea a couple of times, but I mainly use this dispenser for the cold water anyway.I've paired it with a Greenway Water Filtration System, so I never have to buy the bottles. I simply refill the unit with tap water and it filters it. I don't have to worry about turning anything upside down or spilling all over the counter. The water dispenses a little slower than the bigger systems, but I'm not going anywhere so I really don't care. I just wait.I did read in the reviews of the unit leaking so I was worried at first. I bought it anyway, and it DID leak! It was during the first level of flushing out and cleaning the tank before first use. It involves pouring water directly in the unit, and that caused it to leak at the bottom. However, putting the water bottle on top seems to stop this so-called leak. No issues there anymore. Now for the taste that the instructions (and other people) warn about - yes, I did taste the weird medicine-y, like-licking-a-metal-pan, what-the-hell-is-that taste, but it went away after a few days. It was just during the initial stage of dispensing. When it was time to refill the first "bottle", the taste was gone.Delivered fast. Clear instructions, no issues, no problems. To summarize, I LOVE THIS!

Can't believe the price!! Very, very reasonable!
I cannot believe the features you get for the price! The hot feature works the fastest straight out of the box. It makes excellent tea and warms back up again quickly. I'm having a little trouble with the cold feature. It took overnight for it to get cold and it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to cool down enough for the next serving. This may not be a typical feature. The product fell onto its side while I was trying to get it out of the shipping carton. Since the instruction on the box said to keep it upright, something might have gotten out of place. It does seem to cool faster each time and may just need to settle more. This is definitely inexpensive for the features you get. I also like that it has a safety lock for the hot nozzle and that it has separate switches in the back for turning on the hot and cold water features. It will make a good addition to my classroom!

Works well for my 2 people office
After receiving it it had a taste for a while. Went away after a month. But on changing the bottle after 2 months the cold water stopped working. I sent it back, customer service was really great I have to say. Sent a replacement in no time. I haven't had any problem since and it is going on 2 years. No leakage and the water isn't slow running at all, I didn't expect it to be like a faucet. It is true you get about a glass of cold water out then you have to wait a while. If you need to get water for several people at the same time, then this is not for you. Otherwise yes it works. And yes, it is pretty cheaply built.

Good for a small office, slow drip
Item came with a small crack at the top, wanted to return but after loading the water it works without problems. The cold and warm water takes awhile as the hold tank isn't that big as expected from a table top dispenser. After filling two 24oz water bottle, the cold water was gone and my office mate had to drink room temperature water. This dispenser is good for a small office with 2 or 3 people unless they like room temperature water. Plus there is only one dispenser drip so the cold and warm water comes from the same dispenser. Don't expect to have cold and hot water dispensing at the same time. The dispenser is also slow..it took awhile to fill my 24oz water bottle. The dispenser station is very short, probably fits a 12oz mug, so anything bigger must be tilted to be filled. This again is good for an office of 2-3 people, unless you like to have room temperature water or waiting in line for water.

Probably not the best water dispenser to buy
Bought it off amazon, it seemed like a space saving great idea, however, If you want your water to taste like rubber for a long time, then buy this one. I set it up as per the directions, and realized that it takes over an hour to get hot water. Well, I didn't even get the hot water in a full night! I tried the next morning with no hot water. The water was really cold as the cold part worked, however, the water just keeps tasting like a cheap rubber hose they use for the parts. Probably really cheap parts. There are plenty of other types of tubing this company could use that wouldn't have ANY rubber taste when used for the first time. Plust the picture was slightly different than the object. The buttons seemed a little more advanced.

Hot and Cold Water Cooler NO, Water Dispenser Yes!!
This was shipped promptly, so shipping was the best part of this product. I have had water machines for years but this is the first time I have had one only for water dispensing purposes. It does not cool the water hardly at all and if it does it is only 1 cup of water, meaning maybe 8 oz. Water is only room temperature at best. The hot function barely works as well, again maybe 1 cup of warm, not hot water. I had high hopes for this product but was thoroughly disappointed.

Any prior reviews forget. This is the clue!
Take the unit out of the box and start dumping water into it. Then drain it and fill it again 2x. Then verify that each spigot works and it dispenses at a good rate; not great, but good. This is what you get for this price! It's acceptable and it works fine. Place your bottle on top and make sure it is still working correctly. Let the water heat up and cool down (cooling takes an hour minimum) don't leave it on normal, use the "saver" setting and accept the fact that in 4 minutes you'll have 190 degree water after pushing the button, and that is perfect for hot cocoa, instant oatmeal, tea, coffee etc.
