Simply Fit board - the workout board with a twist - the fun, easy way to engage your core and get fit in minutes a day! The product that Lori Greiner found, available in: Green Review: If you already have a fitness program that you adhere to, this may not be you next new toy. But for the rest of us (or in particular ... those with a 9 hour a day sit down job, with a 3 hour a day sit down commute ... and no time or energy at home for a fitness routine) this is quite the nifty little product. Even with just 5 minutes at a time, this product helps improve balance, posture, muscle activation, motivation, and energy. Perhaps like one review suggests, this is really a rehabilitation device. Anything that can help me do all of this in 5 minutes, has my vote. Yes, it can be difficult at first to get the hang of it, but if it was too easy off the bat, what would be the point. My one gripe ... others who give negative reviews based on what appears to be user error. Just watching the included DVD (yes, it's in there) tells you everything you need to know about how to use the board properly to avoid damaging your floors or your board, how to prevent injury, how to prevent "traveling" instead of staying in one place, etc. And if you aren't sure about purchasing the product just yet, there are plenty of posted videos that provide similar information. Going in forewarned, helps you know what to expect, and creates a more satisfying experience. I don't expect this product will help me lose 20 pounds or turn me into a super model. Perfect, simple and effective. By far the best little piece of exercise apparatus I have owned to date... I had to buy another for my hubby. Once you get the hang of balancing on it, you are good to go and for me it didn’t take long.
