Leaning tower (incense) tumbles over
The media could not be loaded.  In the beginning I really was disappointed because the designated spot for cone is not a leveled platform to feel comfortable sitting a cone there when it keeps falling over.......it can’t sit upright without tilting over! I figured it out lol I don’t give up......now I’m happy!

Beautiful backflow burner!
The media could not be loaded. Â I am loving this backflow burner! It's a little tricky getting the cone in the right spot so the air pulls from underneath. It's important to make sure you don't put the cone on the completely flatest part cause it blocks the air, I put my cone on the area indicated in the photos. Also remember, that air circulation (i.e. fans, vents, and movement) near the burner will cause it the smoke to be disrupted.
