Smart and Shiney
For a long time now, I have been toying with the idea of buying a £50 smartphone. So with a ‘no time like the present’ mind-set, I bought this and powered it up. It certainly looks the part, with its bright and shiny exterior, but does the inside behave as good as the outside looks.The 5 inch HD display is good for watching videos on. The sound is good and the screen leaves a lot to be desired, but remember, we are dealing with a £50 smartphone. But I can't forgive the video being slow and choppy while streaming at HD and 4K (even through a top-quality WiFi connection)The phone comes with a charger, a pair of earphones, and even a clear case and a screen protector. The earphone quality is poor at best, but at least it works. I am surprised ANYTHING on this phone works. The UI is slow and clunky but still moves forward. The sound quality on the phone is fine. Battery life is ok, once you keep away from playing videos.If you have never owned a decent phone, or you are a kid, then this phone is fantastic, but if you have had something decent like an s9 or iPhone 8, then this is gonna make you tear your hair out, but it is great value for money at this price and a decent calls and texts, email and light low-quality video machine.

bought this phone for work purposes and its rubbish it doesnt run half of the play store apps cant do banking on it cant run my work app totally rubbish phone and it is slow running slow loading stay away from this phone its a waist of money.HOWEVER... The seller is awesome, hence the 4 stars. I'd definitely shop with this seller again. they care about you as a customer, email you and ask if there's more they can do for you, I received my refund so fast after speaking to this seller it amazed me. So although this phone is no good for me, check out this sellers other products. You won't regret your shopping experience with HyRich. Thank you HyRich for the excellent customer service. You are amazing.

Honest solid company. Good phone at a great price.
I had a problem with the product that was more of an unfortunate anomaly than something that would happen often and the company went above and beyond.They went out of there way to contact me personally, and even though I was given a full refund so I could re-purchase the product or house another option; the company personally offered to refund me an extra cost that I had mentioned I had had to pay.They were in no way obliged to do this, and no one asked them too but they did it any way.Sign of a solid/honest company.5 stars from me for sure.On top of that it's a good phone at a great price.

Just about okay
Good looking phone but..... If you get an more than a couple text or notifications within a few minutes it can't handle it and switches off .. the speaker isn't very good when on the phone the quality is very poor on both ends of the call ... The good points about the phone is battery life and look of it the main workings like calling and texting are just not really that good.

Stopped working.
Bought in October as Xmas gifts, was great while they lasted. Used from 25th dec to January 20th. Suddenly won’t charge anymore tried numerous chargers so it’s definitely the phone. Bought two of them and the other one now no longer holds charge either. Wish I had just paid more and got branded phones.

Not what I expected
Got this phone to replace my broken samsung.Found it difficult to set up, not compatible with some apps and is very slow on internet / wifi and battery life is poor.Did not cost a lot so I suppose you get what you pay for.

The phone isn't working after 4 days of usage. I would like to return it for further check up. her
I used the phone for a couple of days, that is 4 days and it stopped working. I don't know what to do now.

Loads about 2 apps says it's full brought memory card makes no difference ok for calls but not as someone wanting to load apps
