A friend spilled tea on her laptop's keyboard. The laptop, of course, died. The friend bought another laptop and I purchased a keyboard cover/skin as a gift. I have used keyboard covers/skins for years and recommend that everyone use them.The Avigater Clear Ultra Thin Silicone Keyboard fits snoggly and the edges provide protection against spills. It is easy to type when on--you do have to make a small adjustment but you get use to it quickly. The cover/skin can be removed and cleaned when it gets dirty--use a soft clothe, water and a gentle cleaner--and installed easily.I did spill a drink on my desktop once and a small amount (enough to fire the laptop) got on the laptop keyboard. I gently removed the keyboard cover/skin and rinsed it off and let it dry. It saved my laptop from the destructive spill.Keyboard covers/skins are made for most laptops and external keyboards. I would buy this brand again without hesitation.

Best silicon cover I have used, prevents dust and easy to type

It fits my computer but the corners roll up. It does the job well enough and for only $6 you can't really complain.

It is worth by the money, does its job and perfectly seats over the keys, wish all the border could stick to the laptop, but is just a minor thing.

It is a nice skin cover. I will suggest you to buy this if you take care of your laptop and don't want to get particles in the keyboard!

I just received the item and it was SO filthy! How can they sell product like this?I put the skin on a brand new laptop and as you see in the pictures, it is just so dirty.There are scratches all over.
