A Winner!
Ordered a medium...scheduled to received 6/4...received 5/15...no instructions but hey...it's not rocket science. Has an insert to place on your stomach then you stretch and pull over to the Velcro. For me...I get a tingling sensation and for the first day I can only wear for an hour or two at a time...maybe longer as the days go by and I grow accustomed to it. It is much different from the other waist belts I have purchased. I'm getting a real good feeling about this one. Happy I purchased it, and confident that this waist trimmer is just what I need.
