Dexter-Russell 5-Inch Stainless Steel and Walnut Pie Knife

I used this spatula for everything growing up. My mother said it had come from a pizza place. Thank God I was still able to read the name on the handle and I was so excited to find it on Amazon. This is the best spatula in the world. Far exceeds any other plastic or metal spatula on the market. It is not flimsy nor does it have a thick lip on the front like most others do. During Christmas cookie bakes, this spatula is fiercely fought over. So glad I was able to get one for myself.
