HELPED MY BACK!! BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!!
I was hit by a drunk driver a few years back and I have had issues ever since. I get ablation and injections in my lower back to help alleviate the pain on top of otc and occasional pain meds. I have a very physical job that I work 10 to 12 hours a day. I was recently having issues and purchased a new mattress and went to the chiropractor. Both helped some but I was still having issues so I ordered and used a pillow you wear around your waist at night. This was a big mistake for me as it totally threw my back out of whack worse. My next purchase was the IPTP pelvic rocker core trainer. BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!! This product helped me stretch my lower back in a way I am unable to with regular stretching exercises. Lying on the floor even with a yoga mat hurt me. This product is actually very comfortable and not like you would expect from looking at it in the pictures. I have used this everyday since I received it and it has helped me tremendously. I still have an ache but I’m not in severe pain like I was before. I am also able to do my core exercises comfortably which is exciting (abs here I come!). Core strengthening exercises is recommended and directed by my spine doctor to stabilize, improve mobility and to keep the joints lubricated. I cannot say enough good things about this product except it is definitely worth trying if you are suffering from back and even hip pain. I am still working on the balance thing that will come with practice and technique. The quality of this product is great and the price is reasonable. Definitely worth the money for pain relief and for your daily workout regimen and or routine. FYI you still need to follow your doctor’s advice as this is not a cure but a tool to help you to improve.

Love it
This has been amazing. It seems so simple and it has help pain I’ve had in my pelvis (I’m 10 months postpartum). It is like those giant yoga balls except it’s hard and doesn’t take up all that space. It tilts in any direction. The box and shipping box both came damage but not the product.

An Easy Way to Level Up Your Core Strength
The OPTP Pelvic Rocker Core Trainer is a compact and effective tool that I’ve been incorporating into my fitness routine, and so far, it’s been a great addition. Its main purpose is to strengthen your core and improve pelvic stability, and it definitely delivers on those fronts.I’ve tried a lot of core exercises, but this device targets the deep muscles in a way that’s both challenging and effective. After just a few sessions, I could feel the difference—it really gets those hard-to-reach muscles working. What’s nice is that it doesn’t take up much space, so it’s perfect for home use, and it’s built to last. The non-slip base is also a big plus, keeping it stable no matter what surface I’m working on.Initially, I thought it might be tricky for people of different heights or builds to use, but I’ve had friends and family of varying sizes give it a try, and everyone seemed to get the hang of it pretty easily. That’s a big win in my book since it means it’s versatile enough for most people. The one downside is that it takes a little time to figure out how to use it properly, especially if you’re new to core training. The included exercise guide is helpful, but you might still need to experiment to feel comfortable with it. Once you do, though, it’s a really fun and unique way to work on your core strength.Overall, if you’re looking for something different to spice up your fitness routine or need a tool to help with core and pelvic stability, this is a solid choice. It’s well-made, easy to use for most people, and effective. Definitely worth considering!

Great product for pelvic exercises
Great product however, it never came with the grey silicone matt it was supposed to. I've been using it all this time and look at the box again and thought to myself about the descriptions being different because it dented my yoga matt. I never realized it was supposed to come with the litte round matt for the floor exercises. Otherwise great product.

Not a fan
The material is hard & I believe the sauce was to big for me. I felt very awkward & uncomfortable trying to find my balance point. For me It's not worth it

Works for me and my disc herniation
for context. I buy a lot of pain management/self massage products, rollers, chirp wheels, etc. I have spinal stenosis, arthritis in my vertebrae, and disc herniations at l5-s1 and l4-l5. And been doing PT for weeks. Still get pain all the time. With all of these pains, I do get some strain in my pelvis as well. I'm pretty familiar with my pain and limits, so take the advice at your discretionI heard of the pelvic clock, but the real one is a whopping 85. I have not tried the actual pelvic clock. Tried this one out and I actually really like it. The main 12-6 o'clock rocking angles have been great for my herniations. It really gets a nice stretch for the muscles around the area. 3-9 o'clock also gets a great stretch in. I'm adding this to my every day. There is a bit of a learning curve to placement, but once you find the right spot, it feels great. I do wish that it was made from a gripping material rather than hard plastic at the bottom. The non-slip mat it comes with is meh, but for half the price, I like it.

I don't think Stability is the goal!
I think being UNstable in the goal of this product. It forces you to engage your core. When my lower back is hurting, I sit on this thing for a few minutes, rolling my pelvis around and always feel better. It really does relieve lower back pain! Do a few leg lifts balancing on this thing either sitting or lying down, both are beneficial! Absolutely worth the dollars spent!

Does not stay on the base - dangerously slippery
I wanted to like this. Pelvic rocking exercises help my lower back so much, that I liked the idea if being able to do them more smoothly and with some support. This has a base (good idea) but no matter how I use the base, the rocker just slides all over it. If you are rocking, and it slides to the side, it is very easy to get an injury or make an old injury worse. Total disappointment.
