Boston Terrier Sunset Art Print by Watercolor Artist DJ Rogers

I purchased 4 Boston Terrier prints from this artist. They are by far the best Boston Terrier prints I have found so far. Almost everything about the transaction was great. The item is great quality, arrived on time, and was packaged well. Unfortunately, this print does not fit an 11 x 14 frame with a standard mat (only 1 print out of the 4 purchased fit the suggested frame size). The art on the paper is smaller then the paper measures so you will need a smaller mat with an opening smaller then 7.5 x 9.5. I'm not sure what the picture measures exactly (it's currently framed and hanging). It would probably be best to get the prints first, measure the art, then buy a mat and/or frame. Keeping in mind that you may need to purchase a custom cut mat. I was on a budget so I ended up purchasing 3, 8.5 x 11 black frames and then 3 white mats for 9 x 12 with the openings measuring about 5 x 8 I believe. I then cut the outer edges of mats to fit inside the 8.5 x 11 frames. Framing these prints was a lot more work then I anticipated (hence the 4 star rating) but the end result looks awesome. My wife purchased this as a way to remember our dog that recently passed. We often camp near the ocean and he accompanied us on several trips, so this was so fitting. I went with a document frame as it fit the print better and it looks great. I was happy with the quality of the print and the certificate for it and would absolutely buy more prints from this vendor.

I purchased two of the DJ Rogers prints for my daughter for a Christmas/Birthday gift. I received them before Christmas in spite of my late purchase. They were sent right away. They came matted and ready for framing. So it was easy to purchae a nice frame for the two of them and wrapped then up. She just loved them. She lives near the beach with her Boston terrier, so it was a perfect gift.

I was disappointed. This is not the quality I was expecting.
