I would definitely recommend sizing up
I would definitely recommend sizing up, it is a bit of a struggle to get my trainer on at the moment, but I don’t plan on returning it because I am in the process of losing weight and will need this size soon

Snatches waist
I would definitely recommend sizing up, it was a bit of a struggle to get my trainer on the very first time but after a while it stretched out, I wear it for a few hours before bed & ive noticed a difference already.

Really comfortable material!
I'm 5ft9" and about 185lbs and purchased the large/x-large. It fits snug under all of my shirts and I have been wearing it to school all day since I purchased it. I'm in college and I get to school at 10 am and return home by 8 pm; so I guess you say that I wear it all day. It helps my posture and I have noticed an immediate difference, I don't sit slouched at my seat. It will be a while before I see waist results but I'm already quite confident in this product based on its quality.

great waist cincher
This belt is great! Love the extra velcro straps it has. I should have ordered a size up though, does run small. I thought I needed a sm/m but really needed a m/lrg. Other than that it is very nice.

Extra suport
Good product and quality. Size was right. The velcros on the sides add extra back support. The fabric is not so soft to be used on bare skin for a long period of time. But in my case I have to use a shirt underneath and works great.

Cost Efficient and Reasonably Effective
I thought the product would have more boning in its structure. Using for waist slimming while working out and or just while I complete every day tasks. Fit is perfect. Started on the outer hook and will work my way to the third hook.
