The phone arrived same-day, as promised. It was well-packaged and included earphones, a charger-cable and plug, a screen protector and a silicone phone-protector. It arrived fully-charged and ready to use, once the sim-card was inserted.It is a beautiful looking phone, similar in size and feel to an iPhone 5, for a fraction of the price. I bought it for my daughter, as a (temporary?) replacement for her iPhone, which she had dropped in water. She was able to upload her favourite apps quite easily, but complained that the phone is very slow. Given that it is supposed to run on 4G, I'm not sure why this is.So far, we are very happy with the phone, but will re-submit a review if this changes.Almost a month on and my daughter continues to complain that the phone is “frustratingly slow”. She only uses it for calls and texts and has taken over my iPad for everything else. Perhaps a reconditioned iPhone 5 might have been a better option (albeit much more costly😕)

The order arrived very quickly much earlier. I bought this phone for my daughter (10 years), and she chose it herself. The budget of Android in order to be in touch and have on hand all the necessary applications and games for the student himself! More about the phone. Everything opens quickly and smoothly. Multitasking works. And even with an open facebook, and everyone says that she is killing budget phones, she continues to work with dignity. A nice bonus is two SIM cards. True to the child does not matter, but more opportunities are always better. The screen is very bright and has excellent responsiveness. I did not feel the difference between my phone and this. Immediately out of the box on it installed a protective film. The sound of the call is very loud, and the daughter has set the level to about 70-80%. The choice is given a huge number of tunes .

I bought this phone as I had no other and needed one assap. It comes exactly how it describes. And for £40 its great.. It comes in a box including charger,the phone with un-attatched battery,headphones and a clear phonecase. It looks like it does on the picture and yes it is slow but it does the job and will take any simcard. The delivery was 2days and I'm happy with my product. Its not a forever phone-but its a now phone...

It is such a nice mobile in this price. This mobile phone works very well and is very cost effective. It contains a mobile phone, charger, headset, mobile battery, mobile protecter and a transparent mobile cover. The quality of this mobile phone is ok, I haven't installed any games therefore is working very well. The front camera is not that good but the back camera is ok. I think in overall it is a good mobile in the price

I brought this for my 10 year old son, as a temporary alternative for his currently broken iPhone,It looks and feels really nice, with a big crystal clear screen & it has a mirror like shine on the back cover which my son thinks looks awesome!It arrived a few days late after having to chase it up with customer services,however...It was packed well in a box and included headphones,a usb charge cable, a screen protector and a soft silicone case. it does also include instructions but they are very limited.Although it runs a basic operating system. it actually handles surfing the web, streaming YouTube videos and generally most other tasks he needs to preform very well. the phone connects to WIFI with ease, extremely simple to operate and complete initial set-up tasks, the phone is dual sim and SD card compatible. we added a 32gb SD card to boost the memory with great success.The only downside is its 3G so downloading apps takes a little longer to complete.This smart phone will work great for short term use as its intended in our situation, but in my opinion will not be a great option for a seasoned smartphone user with high usage needs.UPDATED January 2020This phone has since been returned after developing a fault whilst making and receiving calls it got to a point where you could physically not understand the conversation due to distortion from the earpiece and loudspeaker.Although this phone was only a cheap short term replacement I'm am a bit disappointed as it now has been returned and my son has to do without. Maybe I should have gone with my gut instinct and not risked the cheaper substitute option.However. I've recently purchased another smart phone and this seems to be running seamlessly with all the great features of the first but with a much better more expensive feel. Great reviews on YouTube the new phone is a Blackview A60.

This phone was fine when I first got it, but, i CANNOT Answer calls!!!!, I've taken it to mobile phone shops and even They can't sort it! I THOUGHT I have a Fantastic mobile, but, it's Useless if I can't answer calls!!. it won't even allow my photos to go to my P.C!!!!, SO TOTAL WASTE of money!!.

Using this product as a business phone due to its dual SimCard capabilities. Very good phone. Works with all my simcards and travelled with it. For that price is really good. Compact and does the job when checking emails, sending texts and phoning. Long lasting battery life.Would highly recommend for business purposes
