Strong Arm Inner Fairing Support Brackets SAB-1

This is a sturdy product. Installation is not for the inexperienced, but I expected that. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is hardware that comes with it. I think some of the button head screws should have washers with them. I also think the radio mount bolts could be a little longer.Over-all, a good product that solves a common problem.

The brackets were a perfect fit. Install was easy, labled all wires,disconnect them and removed old brackets. Install was simple, no drilling, holes allignment was perfect. Took about 5 hours to do the complete job. The vibration stopped and IF i had do another replace i would recommend and vet these replacement brackets

excellent replacement part for the stock ones. I installed them 3 days before going to Biketoberfest and noticed a significant drop in batwing movement on my 07 streetglide. I would highly recommend these to anyone with a Harley that has the stock brackets on their bike. The only draw back is that the items came without instructions. So if your not a good wrench turner get some help and have the shop manual available. Bushmaster 6

I have used them before and I like them.

Do not attempt to install these unless you are very good mechanically, have plenty of tools, and have lots of hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, etc.). It took me 6 hours and I’m pretty handy and have been inside my fairing many times. You will have to remove your clutch cable and reinstall, you will have to drill out the mounts so your stock hardware works, and I had to use my dremel to modify the left mount. These are expensive and not easy to install. Buyer beware.
