Blood and Bone

The opening sequence of this movie is enough to catch anyone's attention. But it also has a real heart, a soul, and an excellent ending. In my opinion, the best street fighting movie of them all. I still don't understand why Michael Jai White didn't become a bigger star, but maybe it's the roles he was offered/accepted. I wanted to watch this movie again with a buddy, but he didn't have a DVD player. So, he pulled the trigger on renting it via a streaming service, and at the end said, "That was definitely worth the rent".Update: My wife has been watching some violent movies lately, like Guardians of the Galaxy, The Mandalorian, and untold amount of murder mysteries. We didn't get through about a fifth of the film before she said "this is too rough for me, sweetie". So, keep it between the blokes is my suggestion! Ah, another comes to mind - when Pretty Boy Mullins utters those words when asked if he would like to change out of his suit for the fight... "For what?" Then there's that little raspberry, as if more disrespect has to be piled on. Actually his first line, "Then I'll beat you where you stand" resounds beautifully, as much as is does taking away any possibility of Bone not engaging in a bout with him. But you don't actually see Price say the whole line, as he comes out of the shadows. Sheesh, I should stop, I could write about this movie all evening!

Idk how many times i’ve watched this movie on Netflix before I actually bought it. But i’ll never get tired of it.

I was expecting to watch this just to pass the time but holy cow this movie rocks. It reminds me that there are so many hidden gems out there that hardly ever get the time of day.

I have this movie Blood and Bone but through the years it's getting old and was scratches so I wanted to replace it unfortunately I had to send blood bone back it didn't play on my DVD player but it is a great movie

Great movie. Action packed, cool af!

The first two reviews read and sound like professional critics who get paid to do this. Who really knows? But I have seen this movie and I`m a regular movie watcher. In short believe EVERYTHING they say. If you want to know what this movie has to offer just read their reviews. They nail it cold. This is a fantastic movie. I was extremely skeptical about this movie at first. As most should be. C'mon I know you thought it too. The cover screams B-movie...LOL. Most B movies are crap that make no sense at all but the fight scenes may be good. I know some of you know what I'm talking about. This movie actually has a story that puts Bone into the fighting positions that MAKE SENSE to us all. You won't ask yourself the silly questions of why is he there, how did he get into this situation or why does he have to fight this guy. Don't lie I know you ask these questions too when watching movies....LOL. And the best thing is that all the martial arts moves are truly legit. No wire work here or unbelievable fight scenes that are completely absurd. I will buy this movie when released. If you like solid martial arts movies with a true story do not hesitate to buy this film. Like the other reviews say. You will not be disappointed.

I bought this movie because I rented it several months ago, and loved it one of his best movies he's made, so I went back in and bought it, this is one movie that you never get tired of watching over and over.

MJW was phenomenal in this. Hopeful for a #2.

I found the fight scenes were excellent, well choreographed and Michael has a phenomenal presence. Story was predictable, reminded me of Charles Bronson film Hard Times (Streetfighter), but very happy with purchase.

If you like action movies this is 10\10

All I have to say is this: You need the right player to view this video. Unless you can decrypt it with a computer like a did! Then play the movie with a PC or else.This is a good movie, I view it many times. Michael Jai White is amazing...
