I didn't have particularly high expectations but after only a couple of months I noticed that a piece that keeps one of the legs together had begun to break

This chair has been very useful for me furing lockdown, as a desk chair. I like the fact that the seat is more wide than other chairs. The only issue I have is that one screw is always falling down, I am not sure why

Awesome. Item as described. Black upholstery is good quality and is not the faded black white appears like charcoal. I hope they have a rocking version soon.

Mother now finds it much easier to get out of armchairs than standard armless dining chairs and while a matching Ercol would have been nice they're rather more than we care to spend. This looked the part was easy to assemble is light weight but sturdy, well if firmly padded and has proved spot on for what it was purchased to do, very happy with this purchase.
