Recharged for a returned defective item
I ordered two of these. One of them the remote did not work even with new batteries tried twice. I returned it and they replaced it with a new one. Months later they want proof I returned it. I did but no longer have the proof. Now they want to recharge me for the item returned. They are neat but they should honor their defective item. I asked them to just replace the remote bc I knew that was the problem but I had to return the entire robot. Don’t order from this seller.. I hope Amazon makes this right but it’s difficult even to figure out how to chat with them. It used to be so easy.
