So much better than expected!
Honestly, you get a little more than what you pay for with this wig. This is the first time I've been able to say that about any wig I've bought- and I've bought all of my wigs off of Amazon. I thought I'd only end up liking it and nothing more, but I am very much in love with it on behalf of both its price and its quality! For $16, you get a very pigmented, VERY silky wig of APPROPRIATE thickness for being 28" long.Concerning the size of this wig and its cap, I'd say they're both pretty average. If you have a larger head, I don't think you need to worry; but if you have a smaller head, it might take some adjusting. The adjustment strap that's built into the cap is just tight enough to keep the wig firm, but also tight enough so as not give me a headache. This wig is not thin, so you normally cannot see the wig cap at all unless you clip the bangs back or attempt to part the hair differently. I feel like if it were any thicker, it would be somewhat difficult to manage and would make the average person's head appear much larger and rounder than normal. When I say that this wig is silky, I really do mean it. It's smooth to the point where I wouldn't really worry about it tangling much, but I would be a bit concerned about styling it into a complex look. (I have not messed around with putting it up quite yet.) You might have to use a ton of hairspray to get it to stay a certain way, so I would say that this wig is best worn how it is- down or in low ponytails/pigtails/braids. For me, someone who is really only going to wear it in low hairstyles or down as it is, the silkiness is perfect! This wig does have a bit of fallout, but I can honestly reassure you that MOST wigs do unless you spend a lot of money on a top-quality brand. The fallout isn't even bad, anyways- a few strands will come out at the ends each time I wear it, but never clumps of hair by any means. It sheds less than my actual fine/thin hair, and I think that says a lot. It's important to know, however, that I do NOT brush this wig. I use a wide-toothed comb if I feel as though I need to, but because of its silky texture and somewhat wavy style, it really doesn't even need that.Regarding synthetic hair shine, yes, it's there- but it's not reflective like other cheap wigs out there. If you don't like the minimal amount of wig shine that there is, you can always buffer it by using pretty much any method out there. I recommend watching YouTube tutorials of removing synthetic wig shine to get a feel for what method you feel is best for this wig color and texture. Can I just say that I really loved the packaging this came in? My wig was outside on my front porch waiting for me in an Amazon bag. I cut it open to find this pretty little box! Once I opened it, I saw the wig inside of a clear plastic bag... and inside of that clear bag was my wig inside of a wig net! Talk about thorough packaging! It's very apparent that they care about delivering this stuff to you in a safe, quality manner. My wig was totally sealed up- all safe-and-sound!Overall, I really can't recommend this wig enough for the price. The quality is truly excellent for being so cheap and is much better than other wigs I've bought for the same price. It's also ten times better than other wigs I've bought for $23. (I'm looking at you, Linfairy.) It's long, it's pretty, it's thick, it doesn't look too fake, and I feel that it will hold up nicely for quite a while if it's taken care of. Thanks for the sick wig, YOPO.

Very cool with a hat on and some dry shampoo. Not for long term use.
Very shiney so use dry shampoo. It knotted on me very easily. It for everyday. And looks a lot better with a hat on or a bandana or head band. But cute. Not meant to last long.

Fairly amazing wig for the price!
The wig was actually thicker than I was expecting, and fairly easy to trim to the size and style I needed it to be. It's still sort of a pet project to cut this wig into the style I need, but I'll eventually post a picture when it's done. That being said, there were a few issues I had with this wig. When you get it, it's HEAVY. There's a lot or hair laid toward the front of the wig, and like most synthetic wigs, it suffers from Weird Part Syndrome. I don't know many people that part their hair directly down the middle with heavy bangs anymore, but boy, so many wigs come like that nowadays. I'd say from about the ears forward to the tabs on the temple, that's where a bulk of the hair is actually laid. If you're intending to use this wig for cosplay, I'd highly recommend it for a character that wears a hat or hood, because if you try to have the hair lay on your shoulders and chest, some of the wig's netting will show through to the back. Luckily, it's a dark wig with a black netting, but it still could be noticeable if you're cosplaying or LARPing in an area with really bright lights.Speaking of bright lights, like most wigs of this nature, you may very well have a problem with standard DSLR flash photography. This wig reflects a lot of light in its natural state, so I suspect this wig will appear to be a cheap halloween store wig in some flash photography for that very reason. Now, onto the quality of the hair itself. I was pleasantly surprised with the texture of the fibers, since it felt much softer and more lifelike than a lot of other wigs I've encountered. Again, the main problem with this wig is that there's A LOT of hair (which usually is a great thing for us cosplayers or casual wig wearers) but it's focused mostly at the front, which left me with my main issue: The bangs, once I got them into the position and shape I wanted them, were very heavy. I had to carefully layer them weft by weft until they no longer felt like they were suffocating my face. As someone who hasn't had long hair in nearly ten years, I was surprised how natural this wig did look in the way it lay on my head, even with the sort of unfortunate "quarter style" skin top patch the wig has, near the center top of the head. Overall, it's a great wig if you just want to cosplay someone with super long, heavy purple hair, but if you need to give this wig a little TLC, it can take a decent amount of styling. I sprayed dry shampoo into this wig several times to take out a lot of the shine, and it looks fairly natural now.

Worked great as a base wig!
I used this wig as a base for my Shadow cosplay (I'm working with another wig for Silver from this brand since I enjoyed it so much), truly the biggest bang for your buck. I like the general variety, the thickness and I've found that it's easy to style! It was also super simple to sew wefts into, and I'm going to get another one when I work on a Sonic wig for my partner! It's downsides, I'll admit, took a bit of getting used to. One is that the heat tolerance is a little low, so be careful using high heat to tease/crimp/straighten this wig. Second, the wig cap is a little small, so it has a hard time staying on my head. Finally, despite living in Texas and having experience with other Amazon wigs, this one is HOT. It gets very warm, so please stay safe!

Amazing for the price
This is the first wig I've ever bought, and I am honestly so impressed. It's very thick, there is a huge amount of hair! I like the adjustable band inside, useful if you have a tiny head like me. It is very heavy, and it is quite obviously fake close up, but it creates an amazing look - I'm using it for a princess peach cosplay and it's perfect for that.

Bought for wife, but found too long and colour too bright in our case. Purchased another darker blonde wig and does the business!I received full refund for the above wig as did not suit my wife! This was totally unexcepted and very professional in todays environment.Would recommend.

Good quality wig.
Long wig. Good quality. Had to use hairdressing scissors to cut it to shoulder length for my character (Skyler White from Breaking Bad). Had to use lots of hairspray to keep the sides up but it looked good. Seems like it will last a while. Was able to brush it without too much hair coming out.

Absolutely in love with this purchase <3 I wore it all day ...
Absolutely in love with this purchase <3 I wore it all day to Sunnycon this year, dressed as a female version of Haruka Nanase. It would work perfect for many other characters, and I will wear this many times. Very High quality for the price, easy to put on and style and is also super comfy (which is what every cosplayer needs, because wig pain sucks) will definately be buying more of these in the future. <3 love from Wisewolf Cosplay xxx

No...
Awful. Really thin at the back. Also you only have to look at it and it is knotted! I tried it on in the house, once, when I took it out of the box to wear it properly it was there was so many tangles and knots, that I had to cut them out. Very disappointing.
