Admittedly there was some damage to the rooves, which has been dealt with. However, this is the only flat pack item I have ever seen that had crystal clear instructions, everything clearly numbered, all the pages clearly laid out, and nothing missing– brilliant. Hope the item is as good as the instructions. It seems to be so far. I particularly like the innovative run. Very easy to attach/remove, and the design lends itself to being extended indefinitely.

This product is not suitable for an average sized rabbit. It's a lovely hutch for possibly two small guinea pigs but nowhere near big enough for a rabbit. I contacted the seller to return the item for a refund and if I send it back I have to pay for shipping which will probably cost more than the hutch itself. They have said that if I agree to keep it they will refund me 10% as a goodwill gesture.

This is a lovely hutch, easy to put together & sturdy.. but I think it shouldn’t be named as a rabbit hutch, as you can see from the photo it is too small, the 2 ramps fill the outside spaces on either side.. I realise the measurements are on the ad, but it’s not always easy to visualise. The hutch would be better for guinea pigs.. because I have painted it (the hutch arrives untreated) I am now having to try and sell it on.

Did take a good few hours to construct. Looks really good when it's up and my bunny's love it. The tray does come out for cleaning but the tray isn't deep enough so you have to remove most of the old bedding and hay by hand before you can pull the tray out. The doors at the bottom do open wide, but aren't big enough for my shovel so all the hay has to be swept out onto the floor and then collected making the job twice as long as it needs be. Also the hutch isn't treated so will need weather proofing to protect from the rain. This was disappointing as you would expect an item that is meant for out doors to be pressure treated. I now have to find rabbit friendly creosote and arrange for my bunnys to be cared for whilst the hutch is treated and fully dried

Not for me. Its alot smaller than I anticipated. I also had to sand it down myself. The 2 stars are for the roof. They are pretty good. Overall I feel the wood could have been abit thicker.

The media could not be loaded. The hutches are so beautiful and so well made that we got two for our three rabbits! We are in love with these hutches, so sturdy and so elegant looking! A massive thank you both delivered super fast.

Way too small and flimsy for a rabbit.The runs are very narrow and out lop eared rabbit didn’t fit and had no run space. As you can see from the photo we adapted our own run using the parts from the hutch provided. This is only temporary as we are now searching for something better.This hutch is only suited for guinea pigs. In fact it’s ideal for it.Please be aware that the run areas are 2 separate areas, the animals are not able to get from one side to the other. There is minimal space for a rabbit especially once the ramp is in place.The wood is very flimsy too and will not with stand the gnawing a rabbit would do.DO NOT BUY FOR A RABBIT. Again it’s perfect for guinea pigs.Hope this review helps someone.

Nice and length wise a good cage. I would of liked it to be a bit wide and the door opening at top of the stairs to be a bit wider. I have a lion rabbit who doesn’t seem to want to use the upstairs has he has with his previous cages and only can think of the smaller opening. Hopefully in time he will use. Extension to the cage is a good idea. I only have one lion head rabbit which I think is ok for him but when you get his toilet, bowl and toys in just about room for him. Luckily I do have a separate run for him too to have a good run around.
