Pruning Garden Shear, Premium Titanium Gardening Clippers Scissors, WOTF Professional 8'' Tree Trimmers with Sponge Handle Protector for Man/Women.

The media could not be loaded.  I decided to do a little bit of gardening in my spare time, but found that I had no utensils to do gardening with, so looking around Amazon I happened to find these clippers, they looked like they would do the job and they were affordable, and had all the features that I was looking for so I thought I'd give them a try. They arrived promptly and when I took them out of the box I was pleased to find that the description was accurate and they were comfortable to hold and use. The videos show the clippers in action, cutting a branch and also cutting some paper which I cut after I cut the branch, I think that shows that they really are sharp and can hold an edge, the locking blade means that you can safely put them in your pocket and move around. You can open them with one hand when you need to use them and it frees your other hand to hold whatever material you need to cut.I'm not saying that I'm cheap but I wanted something affordable and these bypass clippers do the job at an affordable price. Build quality feels solid and after using them there's no wiggling in the blade, and the action feels smooth when you open and close them.As with anything, time and useage will tell, but for now I'd have to say I'm happy with my purchase and I would buy them again.

I got these garden shears to clip few of my indoors lemon tree branches, but I can do my whole front yard bushes with these, oh my! they are super sharp , after I noticed the quality I read the description and found out that they are made out of titanium! and some special steel that is very high standard, now I feel a professional gardener with this tool!It is still light weight and the handles are very comfy and the handle is also no slip, great call there !It also has a safety lock, I highly recommend to use the safety lock absolutely always after you are don working with it!Cheers to great quality and price shears!

These aren’t too bad. They’re really sharp and cut through stuff like butter which is awesome. But The spring area doesn’t seem to be made that well. I’m worried it’s going to break after a while. Another thing is it came with rust on the spring area already and with water on the blade?. I’ll update in the future if I need to but for now they’re working out fine.

Affordable pruning shears that work? Yes, these work well. I cut for a few minutes after getting these. I cut mesquite branches up too 1/2" thick, as well as creosote, cottonwood and a few other things.No issues and the edge is still very sharp.I was initially concerned with the handle quality, however, after trying to break them *if i am going to gift these, I have to make sure they work!* and I tried, within reason- there were no issues and it still works

The pruners are nice & very sharp BUT... they came with the top plastic part of the packaging but the cardboard part that slides into the plastic slot was missing. They were not sealed in the plastic. And they were a little dirty on the handle. It wouldn’t matter if they were for me but they were part of a gift basket I was making for our local garden club. The pruners are the only item that isn’t in original packaging. Disappointing.

I have a very large urban garden that includes over 100 rose bushes and also 20 some fruit trees so I do a LOT of pruning over the year. Unfortunately, I also have severe arthritis so that pruning all those plants can, quite literally, be a big pain.I find that these WOTF pruning shears are quite comfortable to use with the foam covers on the handles and how well they cut. I have not tried them on thick tree branches but they do cut through rose bushes quickly. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable pair of garden shears.

It was probably designed for a man's hand & a man's strength. As a woman, I found it cumbersome to grip & it doesn't cut many of the small branches I needed it for! I'm using it for small projects & will probably go to Home Depot to find one that suits my needs better!

The media could not be loaded.  After reading the reviews I decided to give the WOTF brand shears a try. I ordered two pair of them, one for around the shop and the other pair to use at work. I trimmed all of the crepe myrtle bushes along my drive and around the shop. I trimmed 4 to 6 small limbs off of each one ranging from 1/4" to 3/4" in thickness. I could cut fairly easy with one hand up to 1/2" limb thickness. I had to use two hands for the limbs that were 5/8" to 3/4" in thickness. I have to say that I am well pleased with the purchase so far. I have owned other tools in the past with the compression spring steel. Make sure you clean them after each use & wipe a little multi-purpose synthetic grease on the blades & the compression spring and that will help to prolong the life of the shears. Due to the fact the shears still feel like they are super sharp after all the crepe myrtles that I trimmed with them I give them 5 stars.
