Q: Can this be spray painted?

We received ours in a timely manner and they are nice-looking.....the downfall is they are not too sturdy

Q: Why is the black one almost $200 now and the white one is $49. When both where the same price when I saved it to my cart to buy it?

I have noticed price differences on the same items day by day. I keep what I want in my cart and keep watching the price. I bought this in white and then when I went to get another one it was twice the price. I waited and it finally went down to the price I paid for the first one. Just keeping checking the price.
