The Friend who Forgives (Tales That Tell the Truth)

This is one of our favorites that we consistently grab for. It really tells a beautiful story in such meaningful way for littles to grasp. I was looking for a Christian book for my kids and found this one on kinder book review. They have quite a few on there from this publisher.

This book is great! Great bible lesson. Well told. Fun to read. Appropriate for kids of all ages. Fun pictures. Overall a win. I will probably gift this book in the future. My son is 3... a bit too young, but there's noting wrong in starting them young!

This is a wonderfully written and beautifully illustrated children’s book but the message is great for any age! I read this for my kindergarten religious education class and they really enjoyed it!

Such a beautiful retelling of an amazing Bible story. My kids absolutely loved it!

This story and illustrations are easy for my little ones ti understand. I like to ask them questions along the way to make sure they are understanding the concept. Read to a 2yo and 4yo

Great story that kids have been reading over and over!

Bought as an easter gift basket idea. My kids are constantly asking to read it for bed time and re-read it several times. Great addition to any christian home book collection.

We all loved this book! The illustrations are fabulous, as per usual with this illustrator. And the author pulls together a wonderful summary of the story of Peter and how much Jesus loved him.

Lovely story about how Jesus offers Peter unconditional forgiveness and friendship. A little bit old for my three year old but will be great for him to grow into and such an important message for him to hear over and over again
