Eureka Powerful Lightweight Upright Vacuum Carpet and Floor, PowerSpeed NEU202 with Automatic Cord Rewind, Purple

I highly recommend buying this vacuum. I've been buying Hoover products for years and decided to go back to Eureka. I like that it has a lot of suction, a retractable cord, a canister instead of a bag and is lightweight. Hoover has that too, but after making comparisons, I'm sure I bought the right product. It was easy to assemble and the price was great.

Things I love about it. FILTERS - yes filters are washable, but easier for me to just buy new ones when needed. Inexpensive. CANISTER - WOW. Canister holds a LOT and I can easily see when it's getting full. REALLY PICKS UP - Depending on the setting you put it on, it can really suck everything out of your carpeting or rugs. Makes quick work of going over ceramic tile in kitchen and bathroom. EASY ASSEMBLY NICE ATTACHMENTS BOTTOMLINE: have paid MORE for vacuums not nearly this good. ONE THING, if you are giving to someone frail, has trouble vacuuming, while not exactly HEAVY, probably wouldn't be suitable for someone who needs something SUPER lightweight.

So I was about to trash this vacuum 2 weeks ago when I got it and then realized the error in its performance was my own. 🤣🤣🤣 This vacuum is a fantastic deal for the money. I think I paid $109 with the coupon. It doesn't have some features that my old Eureka had, but it's doing a great job none the less. It's very light weight, moves around ok, has carpet height adjustment, seems to clean really well (I'm busy cleaning up a remodel and it's doing pretty great under harsh conditions). Pretty stoked at this point with the value here. Room for improvement, but 4 stars 🌟 is deserved. Didn't get 5 because of the missing features (IMO)

I just got my vacuum and used to in my filthy place. My last cheap cordless vacuum broke and I go through 1 vacuum every year cuz I’m the worst at sucking up stuff and breaking them. So I’ve had several in the last few years and I LOVE this one!! Likes: - suction is very strong! I was sooo impressed! The amount of nasty it picked up is insane. -easy assembly -awesome quality, very durable -not a mini but not huge and bulky -easy to empty out and switch attachments -able to pick up so much dirt/hair without having to empty it out often. I did my entire apartment minus hallway because I didn’t vacuume in so long since mine broke and I have 2 cats and 1 husky and they shed like craaazy. So do I so there was so much hair I wanted to empty it out but prob didn’t have to. “Dislikes” (not really a big deal) -heavier side -cord is annoying to put back ( all corded are) -pretty loud so unless your kid sleeps hard I wouldn’t use during nap time. Doesn’t really bother me too much. My other one was pretty quiet but with this suction I rather take that over a quiet one that sucks at sucking 😂😂

I looked at lots of vacuums and read lots of reviews. Did my research and took a chance This Eureka PowerSpeed NEU 180 sounded good, with lots of great reviews. I need something that will take care of pet hair and dust as we rent a house that has old shagg carpet thats very much old and the previous tenants " prob "had pets lol The bag less system is simple to use and super easy to empty, and does not require replaceable filters which is a plus. A lot of reviewers showed how much hair the vacuum got up after showing the old vacc and what it got up first. They were not kidding! It was not even compareable to what this beauty can do,! I ran the Eureka over a very small area in living room maybe 3ft total ? one time ! not multiple passes and the dust bin was nearly full of pet hair and dirt. See pics . It had only been a couple of days since I vacuumed with my old shark vacc that I thought was the best man was I wrong ! I use to sware by and love shark products .I am shocked at what was in the container. I am amazed! Shocked and Blown away ,! And discussed that this carpet was that dirty .( old tenants deff had pets ) I am a clean freak I vaccume and clean non stop every day . Also my 8 year old has asthma. Allergies to pet dander. This thing is light and easy to maneuver, gets under under the edges of furniture easily. It cleans right to the edge. Unlike any vacuum I ever had before, this is NOT noisy at all . No dust or particles in air from the vaccume . I can feel how powerful the suction is . The ease of dumping the dust container is also a big thing for me. Other bagless similar vaccs and my old shark vacc was a nasty dusty mess to empty. Dust particles from filter always in the air . Even after id clean the filter. Also very heavy. Also expensive! ! ! I paid a pretty penny for my shark and other bagless vaccums with thinking you get what you pay for right,? . Thats why I also was Skeptical about buying this vacc at less than 100.00 it was so inexpensive, but had great reviews . now I know why. Its amazing !!! 👏 I can't find anything negative about the Eureka. I am looking forward to vacuuming the rest of the house and picking up a ton of hair and grime from the previous tenants. The owners should have replaced this carpet years ago and didn't probably because of how durable shagg carpeting can be, but it grosses me out . I am so happy I went with reviews / my gut and bought this Eureka ( MaxSwivel Pro NEU350 with Pet Tool, Yellow ) vs shark or another expensive vacc . Some notes on things previous reviewers complained about: Some folks talked about the hole at the end of the handle, and that the hose was too short. They must not have gotten the instructions with theirs. The handle doubles as a wand that extends the hose so you can reach furniture, drapes, etc. The Owner's Use Manual that came with mine is great. Well Illustrated, thorough, and easy to understand. Another plus. Several people said the height adjustment did not work, and it either was too low and burned the carpet, or too high and wouldn't clean. I checked mine before using it, and seems fine no issues . I will say I just got this Yesterday but I unboxed it and used it today 04/27/2024 I will update if anything changes. I am on cloud 9 right now couldn't be happier ☺️ this is also the most detailed and longest review I have ever left! Buy The Eureka you will NOT be sorry!

Good light weight Eureka upright home vacuum cleaner. With light swivel easy to turn self adjusting with a touch of the foot. Easy to handle only 10lbs. The good: 1. The suction is great. When using as a standard upright vacuum, it works great. Picks up lots of stuff my old one left behind. 2. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver (mostly) The meh: 1. Easy to maneuver but the suction is so strong that it is sometimes hard to push. Pulling back is fine, but pushing on low-pile rug or carpet can be difficult. For someone older or frail, it might be impossible to use. 2. The cord is pretty short. The bad: 1. The Pet Tool attachment is awful. It stopped spinning five minutes after I started using it. I have one dog that sheds a bit and the hair wraps around the roller and it just stops working. You can pop it apart to clean it but it stops almost immediately. Also, the bracket for the Pet Tool attachment is on the handle and doesn't hold it very well. The Pet Tool is basically useless. 2. The vacuum is so light that it is constantly falling over if you are using any attachments. A slight pull on the hose and it is tipping over. Frustrating when trying to clean stairs. Verdict: If you just need to use this as an upright vac, it is worth it. Good suction and maneuverability. If you want to use the Pet Tool or are using the other attachments on a regular basis, look elsewhere.

To be clear, I was looking for a vacuum that would not suck up the area rugs and this one fit the bill. Yes, it does not have super suction like Shark but it is is more than adequate. If you need something for area rugs, this one will work. I added a extension wand I had laying around and mounted it on the handle by removing the 2 gadgets I will never use and turning the bracket to the side (the one that held the power attachment) and it sits and snapped right into it. I feel I will probably never use the removeable hand wand. Just attach my extension to the hose as it is much quicker. This vacuum does not have a foot release pedal and instead, you put your foot on the base and pull down with a loud snap to release the unit and be able to vacuum. The snap is loud and scares my dog but maybe that will get better with time. I love the LED lights. Maybe not a good thing as I can really see the dirt now! Easy to empty the dirt cup but it has a part inside there that clogs easily and you have to take it apart to clean. Messy but not to hard to do. The rewind cord function was a must as I had a Bissel before with that option and I love it. Not many uprights have it so my choices were limited but this one actually works well and the cord pulls all the way in without having to feed it in or mess with it like the Bissel did. The cord is slightly longer than my last one but you are limited with the rewind on length. That is OK since this feature is awesome to have. It is a loud vacuum. Not sure if that is the norm but I will use the heck out of it for 30 days and see if it holds up.
