I tried everything under the sun, sprays, decongestants etc. I would still pair them with this however my internal valve has apparently collapsed. I didn't even realize what these were until I started googling everything to help me in the mean time before another surgery. The medium squiggly ones appear to work the best, I placed them as far back and airflow instantly started up. Nighttime is terrible for some reason and when the nasal cycle goes one side shuts off then alternates. When it came time for my internal valve side to take over breathing it was HELL on earth. Dried out/mucus/blood etc since it can't drain properly.I put these in and got a decent night sleep, muted loud breathing has been suppressed. Makes me feel somewhat normal again and possibly get some good rest. They stretch my nose out a bit and noticed the effects hours into the morning after taken out......I'd say they helped with 60-70% of my breathing issues (this is after two surgeries). Not sure it will help with mucus build up etc...but if you have some sort of valve collapse or need more airflow it certainly works.

I'm not sure if I snore less, but I sleep better with them depending on my seasonal allergy congestion. Sometimes I wake up in the night and take them out; sometimes I wake up and put them in - depends on how I'm breathing in the moment. They certainly do help me breathe easier at times, depending on my allergies.The largest size is quite large (my grandma used to say I have a Roman nose since it roams all over my face, so it's good for us big-nosed peeps), so that was awesome. My wife has a small nose and the smallest size fit her (though she hasn't tried sleeping with it yet since she ""doesn't snore."")Either way, this is cheap enough to give it a shot if you think this will help you sleep/snore less. It probably will based on my experience. Smells a little funny at first, but that goes away. Also, the first morning after you sleep with them, expect your nose to feel sore when you take the plugs out - that's the only night it happened so guess I was just getting used to them-Snore Stopper.

I have no idea if they stop my snoring as I live alone with 2 dogs. The dogs almost never complain. My problem is my nose gets so congested while I sleep that I can't breath through it. This item has totally solved the problem for me. I'd ordered a small number the 1st time that were different sizes. Well only one size fit and I was terrified I lose them so I ordered the larger number so I'd always have an extra.Anti Snore Device, I've only forgotten to put the inserts in my nose once since I purchased them months ago and woke up in the middle of the night totally unable to breath through my nose. I turned the light on, found my little inserts and after a while my nose opened back up and I went back to sleep. Maybe once every few weeks I'll wake up and the inserts no longer in my nose but I eventually find it in the sheets etc. I wash them with hot soapy water. My wife and I have been using Sleep Right Melatonin for more than two years. We tried two other products from Costco. With one we felt a bit spacey and odd in the morning and did not have a restful sleep. The other is a relatively inexpensive fast-to-sleep product that was effective in helping us fall asleep, but we both woke up after a couple of hours. We tried using the fast-to-sleep product along with the Sleep Right product and have been sleeping through the night most nights and waking feeling rested ever since. I understand that it is natural for the body to stop making as much melatonin after age fifty so a supplement makes sense. This product works for us. I am a frequent snorer to the point that my wife wants me to go have a sleep test done. But after after a few nights of wearing these vents, she has said that my snoring has decreased drastically. Before wearing these the first night, I tried all of the sizes and found that I really liked the largest one with the ribs on the outside. It really opens up my nasal cavity and allows me to breath. Waking up in the morning, I have felt more refreshed and I can tell that I was able to breath through my nose throughout the night because my mouth is no longer dry and cotton'y.Another additional use that I have discovered, is that they also work wonders while riding my exrecsie bike at home. For years I have suffered with the inability to breathe at night. I have used benadryl, flonase, claritin and nose strips. Nothing really worked except the nose strips but they irritate my skin and come off in the middle of the night.I recently purchased this item. Bye bye drugs and nose strips!!! This thing works! This particular brand comes with 2 product types. Hard plastic dialators and soft rubber (I use the soft rubber) and 4 sizes. Very comfortable. This has been a game changer for me. If you suffer like I did you should give this a try.
