Why can't I return this order?

I just went through a very frustrating experience in an attempt to obtain a refund for product that was horribly damaged. As others have stated, you cannot go through the typical return/refund process. You have to call Amazon and request a refund. Save yourself the headache. Google their 888 number and call customer service.

Can i have cat food delivered by ups? post office is 12 miles and long line wait.

Whenever I buy cat food or litter from Amazon UPS has always been the carrier. That's MY experience but may not always apply.

May I have the name of this vendor so I can identify them in the future? Thank you.

Amazon was the vendor and Fedex delivered it.
