This is some good stuff! I use it in a lot of different foods. Not for people on a restricted sodium diet.

Nice flavor, a little bit goes a long ways.

I love to put this in pinto beans, split pea soup, lentils and green beans,. It would be good in almost anything you want a little ham flavor. It is quite salty so put a little in and then taste – add more if it needs it. If you're cooking non-salty items like I mentioned, it adds good flavor and doesn't make your end product too salty. I'm on my second bottle and will buy more when it's gone – a little goes a long way. Highly recommend – especially for those who are not concerned with restricting their salt intake.

This has a surprisingly good flavor. The only problem is that the sodium content is high, and you have to be careful not to use too much, or the food becomes hard to eat due to the saltiness. When the balance is correct, it flavors food well. I can safely recommend this product.

Makes delicious fried rice similar to a restaurant. Plenty of seasoning to make many batches! Would recommend.
