Delicious, creamy Stilton
It was delivered on time and I ordered a pound an this one weighed 1.25 pounds. It was vacuum wrapped then placed in a plastic bag, shipped with a small ice block in a Styrofoam box. Excellent product, service, and quality.

Strong flavor
If you love blue cheese & looking for one that goes a long way, this is perfect. The flavor & funk is so strong, but in a good way. A little was all it took for our compound butter & blue cheese sauce for steaks. We also used it on strawberry & pecan salad with balsamic vinaigrette... perfect combo!

Great vendor
Stilton cheese has a very limited life cycle. The cheese after it matures must be fully consumed within one to two weeks. This vendor dispatched the cheese well within the two week window so the I could truly enjoy “the King of Cheeses.” I will order again. Thanks
