Gorgeous!
These are beautiful! I read through the reviews before buying them and noticed a lot of people commenting on the cracks in the designs. These appear to close up photographs (matte not glossy) of Tiffany vases & a roundel. The cracks are the natural cracks that appear on the vases from them being made. I've included photos of the four designs I had in my box to help others determine if it's a purchase they want to make

Colors muted, not vibrant as in the picture
These cards come so nicely boxed and the picture is so attractive I was excited to get them.Imagine the disappointment when I opened the box to find that the beautifully vibrant Peacock feather shown in the picture was really comprised of lifeless, muted blue tones. The second design is also a Peacock feather. The colors are also dull and lifeless but in various shades of green. The cards I received have none of the vibrancy as captured in the photo.For those of you who remember the old Spyrograph game from the 70s where pens of different colors were attached to a plastic arm that is then moved around a piece of paper creating repeating geometric patterns, the remaining two designs, also muted, dull colors of green and red, will be nostalgic.The envelopes are plain white.Having said all that these cards are still attractive and seem best suited for men.

My favorite note cards for any occasion!
I really love these notecards. They are a smaller size, perfect for a quick note where you don't want a ton of blank space to fill. The box that the notecards come in has a magnetic closure so that the lid doesn't flop around and allow notecards to fall out or anything. The paper used to make the cards is a high quality card stock, and the pictures are printed with a good resolution. I write with an ink pen, and it glides very nicely on the page although does need a short time to dry so that it doesn't smear. I have purchased five varieties of this brand notecard, and have been very pleased with each set. I would buy again in a heart beat once I have used the ones I have. I also like the fact that I am supporting an art museum with my purchase. This is my favorite blank notecard style and brand!

Great size for thank you notes!
These are so pretty, that it lets people know you put thought into the card as well as the note you write inside. I have several different types of boxed note cards and I really have to like the picture or I won't use it. I also like to match each one to the personality or situation, I am sending card to. These are a good choice , with the different designs. Also, the perfect size when you are not sending a really long message...not a lot of blank space, but perfect for a personal thank you, or a short note to ask about a reunion, or even a quick thinking of you note. The ones I sent out, got nice compliments, the color isn't as common and it's pretty. I am going to buy a few more boxes, and give some as gifts. Nice quality and the box is pretty....use on desk for paper clips or use for hair accessories, like elastics or barrettes!

Beautiful cards which are available on sellers website for a lower price
These are absolutely beautiful- great quality in both paper and printing. My only disappointment is that I went to the seller's website and found the same cards listed at a lower price. The only thing I can think of is the price on Amazon is higher in order to cover the free shipping for Prime members. The seller does change shipping on their website. Still, disappointed.

Dull colors, strange close ups
I am bummed to write this review because I love the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Tiffany pieces. But I can’t use these set of cards as is. The colors are dull and the close up views are odd. They were printed on nice paper and have information on the art on the back - I thought about using the back of the card be the front of the card - but that would just make it worst. I’ll have to doctor the cards - maybe print out quotes or something - to use them.

Successful gift!
These were part of a birthday gift to my daughter (her 40th). Her tastes are completely different than mine, besides age related and I was stressing over sending her something that she didn't have to exchange or return. I chose putting together a stationery gift set since she had expressed an interest in getting back to PERSONAL mail instead of electronic. I figured this was something she had more freedom in exchanging if necessary, and knew Amazon would make it very easy for her. But, she LOVED the gift, especially these note cards. Kudos to me.
