What can I say? I've had knee pain for years now after I had surgery 8 years ago due to never really doing the rehab it needed. I've been to a physical therapist and all that junk when all I really needed to do was get this floss. It was recommended to me by my trainer at Camp Gladiator (shameless plug) and I immediately ordered it. I read another reviewer say they checked out a youtube for smash werx so I looked it up & did some movements w/the band on and it was pretty amazing the relief I felt immediately after. Now all I need to do it get my hamstrings loosened up and I'll be in business and able to run again. This has been SUCH an amazing product for getting knee relief after suffering for so long. I am a myo fascial therapist and work on people in pain all day everyday. The fury bands are amazing at relieving pain we all have painful fascial adhesions that affect our performance. My clients love the results of muscle flossing and so do I. I flossed one knee to see if I could notice a difference the flossed knee felt like a well oiled machine the other one felt tired out and painful going up hills. I love my Fury Fitness Floss! I have been using a similar product for a while now— the coveted Voodoo Floss— but really wanted to get another band so I could work both legs, and other extremities, at the same time. It’s a bit pricey though…. So, when I came across this well priced product on Amazon, I figured I would give it a go. It was a great buy! The material is sound and I don’t see the elasticity wearing out anytime soon. As an added bonus, Fury Fitness floss is made in the USA :) I highly recommend this product if you are looking to do some ART and BRT work for your mobility.

I've only been using it for a week and I can already feel the difference in my injured shoulder. I hurt it a while ago and didn't do a good job rehabbing and working on mobility. To add insult to injury, I recently got diagnosed with arthritis in the shoulder. Since I've been dealing with stiffness and pain for a while, I decided to try something new in addition to taking tumeric and other supplements. Like I said, it's already made a difference. Pain is down and mobility is up! I've been using it every morning before heading to the gym and again once I get home from the gym. We'll see how much more improvement I get using this regimen!

I've been struggling with pain in the arch of my right foot from running. I overpronate, have high arches, and am slightly bow-legged. I've tried many running specific orthotics, but keep ending up injured. After failing to finish my last ultra because of the pain, a friend mentioned voodoo floss. After reading all positive reviews on the many different kinds of floss, I found that Fury Fitness offered the best deal for full length floss. The package arrived on time and their customer service was on point. After flossing my ankle twice daily for only three days, my ankle feels stronger and healthier than it has in a while. Definitely not close to 100% recovery, but I do believe flossing has sped up the process faster than RICE or any recovery method I've tried in the past.

Works great and the price can't be beat! This is my first flossing band and I can tell you it's head and heels better than a foam roller, not near as painful and the results are nearly instant.

I will use this as a resistance band and to compress my ham string. If you have any other suggestions please let me know

Good product made of good material. They work great during workouts or just to get rid of the stiffness and aches. Definitely recommend buying if you get aches and pains and want to work through them.
