The initial order was wrong. When my wife called the customer service was the best I have ever had. Theyimmediately shipped out the right ones and made sure we had a matching set. I wish all compaies treated customers like this. They have earned a custoner for life!

I purchased these at "half price", $100. plus. This led me to perceive that the quality might be better than that which the "big box" stores were selling for less than the half price cost. Wrong! They are cheap and flimsy and using this "half price" scheme ropes people in. They are no different, just cheesy, hollow plastic.My guess is that the seller, a huge online purveyor, had a load that they wanted to unload!I can't speak to the installation yet, as i am still deciding whether i want to install and have on my house. My guess is that i will do some swapping and hang them on a side of the house that no one can see.If someone has had an experience locating a decent grade, pre painted shutter, at a reasonable cost, I would love to hear about it.The cost of shutters seems outrageous for what they are. It's not as though anyone really uses them for their intended purpose.

I bought 4 of the 71 inch and 8 of the 47's. I took me a total of about 4 hours to take down the old, line em up with the new...pre drill and rehang. Took a couple of bee stings but the shutters look amazing.

These are the best shutters for homes. These shutters look great and they last better than the vented type shutters.I like that the insects are not nesting in or beside these shutters. I think that these shutters also make yourhome have a quality over all appearance.

Very nice shutter. Bought several of these the past month or so. Tried a set and liked it so bought more. Rather expensive shutters but good quality. They could punch the mounting holes, all the instructions are the same for drilling the holes.
