Amazing!!!!
I ordered the medium strength band not realizing the amazing quality and strength it would actually be. When it arrived before estimated delivery time, in high quality packaging and included a card with suggested exercises I was very pleased. Again, I didn't realize the strength the medium band would be and because I am using it for strengthening after injury it was too strong. I received an email a couple of days later from the seller asking if I was pleased with the item (I had not contacted first). I let them know the facts above and I was immediately offered a replacement low strength band at no cost. It was more than an offer on the item, they cared that I was using their product to recover from an injury, wished me well and only requested I advise them once I received the replacement so they knew it arrived for my well being. I received the lower strength band, again, in excellent time/condition/packaging/quality. I could actually feel the concern for my well being and the amount of heart they have placed in their product just through their email and the product itself. If you are looking for the perfect seller/product/arrival time/guarantee.... this is your seller/product!!! I will purchase all I can through them!

I love this band
I love this band blue, heavy tension band (for some reason it says medium tension above. I have bought all 3 of the tensions). My only complaint was I wanted more resistance than the heavy tension provided. I'm 71 and have been working out with bands and chest expanders for a few years, which may be why I needed more resistance, though I'm by no means a super strong man.I found a solution when I watched one of the HardcoreMiniGym videos on YouTube. By folding the blue band in two, I got sufficient resistance in the front chest pull. I just added some other bands I have for more resistance in some of the other exercises I do. The YouTube videos by HardcoreMiniGym are excellent, by the way. I saw some exercises on them I had never seen before with bands. The gentleman demonstrating them does a great job. I really like his videos.I believe this band is a better quality than other bands I have tried. It feels more sturdy. The width of it makes it easy to do squats standing on the bands and chest presses with the band comfortably across your back, something uncomfortable with tube bands. I used tubes exclusively until I tried these flat bands a couple of months ago. I have a set by another company. Now I like these flat bands far better than tubes. They feel better. I find I can control them better in pulls where I use more resistance, and, for me, they are more versatile.I'm going to buy more of these exercise bands. I only wish the company made a band beyond the Heavy Tension. If an old man like man isn't challenged enough by it without folding it in two, younger, stronger men won't be either ... unless they pull two or more of the Heavy Tension bands at the same time. And that might be a perfect solution. It's one I'm going to try when I order more blue bands.UPDATE:I forgot to mention all the tube band sets and chest expanders I used in the past had handles. On a few occasions I tried using the tubes without the handles, but the tube bands were awkward and uncomfortable using them minus the handles. They just didn't feel as good.To my surprise, flat bands feel perfect without handles. The grip is more natural. If you are doing an exercise where you use a lot of resistance, like when you pull the bands with extended arms from overhead to the back of your shoulders, the overhead downward pull, you can wrap the bands around your hands for better control of the more intense resistance that can get a bit hard to control when your arms get shaky from the position of the pull and from the intensity of the effort. To me, these thicker, longer flat bands are like an evolutionary leap in resistance bands. I was, and still am, blown away at how much I enjoy using them over any other bands or chest expanders I have used in the past. They have become my primary workout tools.2nd UPDATE:I did the front chest press with this and other bands yesterday. If Amazon will permit it, you can see the HardcoreMiniGym youtube link here where the exercise is demonstrated:[...]Unlike with tube bands, these flat bands don't dig into your back. The width keeps the bands from being uncomfortable against it, and you can press a lot of resistance with them. Your strength will increase quickly in this exercise, so I'd recommend buying more than one band. I'd recommend at least the 3 bands. You can fold them in half if you are too strong for them.If you can press more than 3 heavy tension bands folded in half, you can probably body slam bears and hoist bulls upon your shoulders. The rest of us would probably be sufficiently challenged with the light, medium and heavy tension bands for starters.

The Last Exercise Resistance Band You Will Ever Buy
Bought this to replace the light resistance band my husband got from physical therapy. It had snapped and he needed another. Checked out Amazon and the loops were too short and I did not want to buy yards of this stuff. This band was reasonably priced, carried a lifetime guarantee and was billed as light resistance. Thought I had found the perfect product. Yes and no.When we received it, it was clear that this light band was much less light than the yellow light PT band I was trying to replace.I corresponded with the owner and he was very dismayed that the band was not suitable for my husband's PT. He offered to refund my money and let me keep the band. I told him, no. The band was not defective and with a life time warranty, we could make use of it.Curious as to how these light resistance bands could be so different in resistance vs. the light bands from PT, I investigated.A company called Thera-Band supplies many PT facilities in the States. Its bands range over 8 resistance levels. Its light band requires 2.4 lbs force to double its length. Its strongest band only takes 14.2 lbs. HardcoreMiniGym's light band takes 10 kg or 22 lbs--nearly 10 times Thera-Band's light band. Qualitative designations apparently mean nothing in this industry. To be sure you are buying what you want, focus on the resistance measurements. The reasons for my rating are the owner's willingness to right my mistake and the warranty. He guarantees his bands WILL NOT BREAK. If you have used resistance bands that come off rolls, you may have enjoyed the experience of their suddenly snapping. Once this happens, they are pretty much toast. You can tie the pieces together, but it is just a matter of time until the next failure. Thera-Band advises not to expect more than about 6 weeks' regular use before failure. HardcoreMiniGym says expect its bands to last for life. While not a direct replacement for US PT resistance bands, this product is ideal for those who favor resistance exercises due to its lifetime warranty.Update as of November 11, 2015:Since I bought and reviewed this product, I noticed today that the resistance rating for it has been reduced from 10 kg (22 lbs) to 4 kg (8.8 lbs). This is a substantial change and now puts it in the middle of the range for Thera-Bands. The ratings for the medium and heavy resistance bands have been lowered as well. They were 15 kg (33 lbs) and 20 kg (44lbs), respectively. Don't know whether the original descriptions were incorrect or the product itself has been changed, but I suspect the former.

Good workout band
Very good quality, but it is heavy duty like for workout, not pliable stretch like for physical therapy. I cut mine into two strips right up the middle, and it’s still a very strong band. I’m well into my shoulder rehab so I can use it, but if you’re looking for a light tension therapy band, this will be too tough.

Excellent Resistance Band
Well made, heavy duty resistance band suitable for a variety of strength and stretching exercises. Length is just right and means you can adapt it to different strength and fitness levels and use for rehabilitation if required. The included pouch and exercise card is welcome too. Nice also to receive an email from Hardcore Mini Gym as a thanks for purchasing the band. Very impressive all round. Recommended.
