Weak hanger fixtures
I did not feel comfortable with the thin gauge, flimsy picture hanger devices used on the back of this model, intended to hang from my exterior wall. I will probably feel the need to retrofit somehow to compensate for this design flaw. Your hanger device, though adequate for normal interior , lightweight exposure, may not be sufficient over time with the combined weight of both the fixture and the water weight. Comments please?

Alpine stands by their product
The fountain was perfect for my space. After a short time, I had trouble with the water flow. Contacted Alpine Corp Customer Service and they promptly sent a new water pump. The water pump was not the issue. I assume it was a crimped hose. Contacted Alpine again and they sent a replacement fountain at no charge. It works perfectly now!

BEAUTIFUL FIXTURE AND DESIGN!
Beautiful design and concept! Difficult to route the cables, and unit had MANY surface cracks, which are only growing with time!!! Hoping the unit holds up for the long term!

Many imperfections/defects. Unable to reach the seller.
Nice fountain, but the unit I received has many imperfections/defects.UPDATE: The seller replaced the defective fountain quickly. The new fountain is perfect.

Fixed my issue without arguing
I ordered a Lion fountain. I received the fountain and did not open it for months after to return window. I revognized I was missing the Adapter. I emailed Alpine and they sent me the part.

atmospheric!
at first, the strength of the water flow over-shot the basins. But after several hours, it settles down. I've had it outdoors and in, and I'm a fan in both places. Nice addition to any space
