Runs Big, Lettering is Clear
The Holy Grail of medical alert bracelets is one the person will actually wear AND that other people can actually read in an emergency. So many of these have incredibly tiny print to be practically useless. I have a teen son who is not into wearing his alert bracelet so I bought him a collection of different ones to try. This one by far had the most clear lettering on the back (4 lines) and the front design is kind of cool looking. It's maybe too cool in that it might not be immediately clear to others that it is a medical alert bracelet. But, that's the tradeoff, isn't it? The obvious one that the kid leaves at home does zero good. I presume emergency responders would know to check so at least they would see his info on the back of this one. I liked that all the info was on the back for privacy. The bracelet itself is a good narrow size, with a soft feel but ours came WAY bigger than expected. I measured my son's wrist at 7" and the XLarge is unwearably much too big. We may end up using the tag in another way or break down and buy another one in a smaller size. Shipping was from China but arrived in a reasonable amount of time.

Not what I expected
Product was a metal ID tag permanently attached to a rubber band. No way to remove the tag. I bought the small size b/c I have a small wrist but didn't realize it needed to fit over my hand in order to get to my wrist. It was too small. Asked company to replace with a medium size. After a month, they sent me the band with no replacement ID tag so how am I supposed to attach the previous tag when there is no way to do that? The band by itself is useless to me. The whole thing was a complete bust.

Great product.
Wear this 24/7 and it is so light weight and comfortable that I hardly know I am wearing it. Took a little longer to arrive (used to Amazon 's fast delivery) but well worth the wait.
