Shaolin Drunkard

Epic. If you have not seen this movie you should stop whatever you’re doing and watch it. This movie it should be considered among the great movies of all time. Kung fu action mysticism magic humor this movie has it all. I won’t give him any of the plot details so I’ll be a surprise to blow your mind but seriously I am Ploor you to you.

This movie is ridiculously funny. It has all the benefit of a classic kungfu film but is light on the drama. The transition is just a funny as the movie. Fyi there is cursing in the intro screen.

if you like magic/slapstick/horror themed kung fu this is for you! any kung fu that has a man dressed as "granny" can't be missed.

I recently ordered this movie from Amazon hoping to watch this wonderfully bizarre piece of kung fu again. It is one of my favorite martial arts movies that I haven't seen in years. Well, they got the cover right, but the dvd in the sleeve was a dvr of Shaolin Drunk Fighter. Wrong movie and not even a legitimate copy. Close but no cigar.

Well i went for this film because i love the Drunken Fist style of kung fu only to find this film doesn't reallt match what i wanted. I was dooped by the title because its just about a drunken master. Its a comedy which helps cos it has all those old skool synth sounds and really cheesy jokes. Not bad but wasn't what i was hoping for. Well deserved 3 stars
