Q: Will these fit a 2009 victory kingpin

They fit my 2016 victory cross country perfect so if the mounting bolt holes match up yeah, but judging from what your frame looks like compared to mine it should mount right up

I'm not sure, but notice that there is no backing clamp to attach the guard to the top of the guard.all you get is the guard and the bolts. That is why I returned it
