Have a Lozenge every 1 to 2 hours to begin - Step 1. Use 9-15 lozenges a day. After 6 weeks, move on to Step 2, and have a lozenge every 2 to 4 hours. After 9 weeks, have 1 Lozenge every 4 to 8 hours. Stop using Minis when you are using 1 or 2 a day.
