I really like the lathering power of this premium badger hair brush
I really like the lathering power of this premium badger hair brush! I got into the tried and true method of lathering with a fairly good wooden handled brush, but the heft and density of hair of this brush makes me look forward to shaving every morning. Please note: do NOT buy the brush stand with horn accents often paired and recommended for this brush. The tongs on this stand are too narrow and cannot accommodate this brush as part of a set.

Not for the decerning shaver.
The brush hairs are too long. You end up sloshing around the shave soap, instead of creating a nice lather. The handle and end piece are nice, it has a weighty, quality feel.

It's a little bottom heavy and a lot more hair loss than my 9 other brushes, but otherwise does the job.
