My friend ordered snails from this guy. When they arrived, I was there. They were active and moving around right away so I immediately ordered three!!! My snails arrived in pretty poor shape. I contacted the seller after a few days and he replied very quickly and offered to refund my money or send new snails. I opted for new snails. The new shipment arrived and the snails were excellent!! The are robust and active. He was super apologetic and very sorry. The snails are a fabulous addition to our tank.

I was really worried due to the cold, and even though I am in Texas, we are having some very cold temps. I got even more concerned when I was informed that it would take over a week for it to arrive. Thankfully it arrived earlier than promised.I stood in the cold to receive the mail directly so the snail wouldn't have to stay cold. I opened the box and the baggie with the wet paper towel felt so cold. I acclimated it in my betta tank and it came right to life once the warmth hit it. That surprised me because other reviews mentioned they didn't move much the first day. Not this one! It was making itself right at home, and it looks happy and healthy. I would recommend this seller and I would purchase from them again.

I was a little afraid there would be some trouble as it got quite cold since I ordered, but the snail was up and moving around within an hour of being placed in the aquarium! It's now hoovering up some duckweed.

First they don’t even look like in the picture, they are babies, like one centimeter size. They don’t have the yellow beautiful color you see in the picture. Arrived in a box in a bag wrapped with paper towel or something similar and a little bit of water. The odor was terrible. I think they are dead!!! I put them on quarantine as recommended. Added good fresh tank water, algae and some snail food. Let’s see if they wake up. They are floating. I really think they could be dead! I will submit an update with pictures later…

Lovely healthy young snail, shipped quickly, free of parasites. Instructions for acclimation were clear.

I followed all of the steps for adding my new snail to my aquarium. I watched it for 2 1/2 days and it never moved or showed any sign of life. I decided to give it one more night and I’m glad I did! On day 3 he was crawling all over the tank and cleaning like crazy! So BE PATIENT! lol He has been very active and we love watching him clean the tank. I am happy with my purchase! He is a great size and seems healthy and happy!

This golden mystery snail is the best addition to our 3 gallon Betta fish tank. It arrived very healthy and was eager to explore the new tank. I have noticed it is already cleaning up the algae on the live plants in our habitat and it is fun to watch explore. I had an issue with the first shipment and the seller was prompt to respond and resolve it quickly. Highly recommend using the Aquatic Arts shop for your snail purchase.
