Busy mom
For a mother like me, this book is informative enough to give me a lot tips to keep my family healthy and be preventive against scoliosis. The language is also very simple to understand and the examples taken from the daily life also help a lot. My husband is 40 years old and since long time he has been suffering from so much back pain. He is also a business man and does not get enough time to work out and follow healthy and timely diet. However, this book could convince him to take care of his physical fitness. We are also following the tips and the book is also giving us valuable information related to scoliosis, scoliosis exercises and back related issues. Along with the treatment, after following this book, my husband is felling better than ever.

Waste of my $10
This book did not meet my expectations. I purchased it thinking it would be a 12 week plan complete with exercises to strengthen my back. There were only 2-3 pages on exercise at all, and it did not include specific exercises. At least half the book was just journal pages, which is useless in the kindle format I purchased. I knew it was a journal book and would have been fine with that, however, the lack of any exercise guidance made this a waste of my $10. I felt that it should have had at least a chapter with a few specific helpful exercises. Throughout the book, there were also references to material covered in his other books which I felt should have been included in this one. It was basically just an advertisement for his other books and advice to be on a paleo diet.

Helpful book
My age is 35 and I have been a victim of severe spine problem since long that was ultimately diagnosed as scoliosis. My doctor suggested me to research myself as well so that I can better take care of myself by keeping myself aware of minor problems that can come across the way. He suggested me this book and I must say that this book gives me much knowledge about how to get better. Pursing the scoliosis exercises and dietary guidelines given by Dr. Kevin Lau are just proving to be the compliment of my treatment, as a result I can feel rapid progress. Few months back, I was in terrible condition and sometimes used to get almost unable to move freely, but this book made a big difference in my life. I think, every scoliosis patient must have a look at it, for once.

A big help for me!
I picked up this companion book after reading Your Plan for Natural Scoliosis Prevention & Treatment. The main book was a little long at over 300 pages and this journal does a great job of summarising the important points I need to follow when fixing my scoliosis. I particularly like the journaling half of the book as it keeps me on track and helps me monitor my progress!I would recommend this to those finding it hard to start and stay committed to better health.

Tracking my scoliosis conditionThis Journal helped me to understand the main book "Your Plan for Natural Scoliosis Prevention and Treatment" and create my own scoliosis treatment. After 3 months of doing the exercises recommended and keeping daily records using this book, my spine is straighter and I don't have back pain anymore.

You need to be organized to make it work. This book really helps and you know what is working and don't have to remember what you think you did, you know what is working and make the changes if you are serious about your health.
