Worthless - Gauze and a zip lock baggie work better. Zero Stars
If you want to sweat inside a cheap plastic bag, you can build one for free at you home. Comfort: If you like cheap plastic digging into your penis? It hurts after 5 mins. After 10 minutes you will sweat and it stick to your testicles. Waste of money, since they will not refund your money if the bag is open. Very expensive product, over $1.12 each. I wanted to have it shipped to me so I could get a closer look at the bag... It should be remove from Amazon. It says below the price; "Eligible for Refund or Replacement if damaged or defective. The company says: “This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement." I call this defective crap gimmick. Don’t waste $33. Go get a pad that breathes like the MDP $0.60 cents each.

Good design and work very well
These are very effective maintaining dry area. They are easy to put on and any slight overflow is contained. I use them when I go out and not sure when I return. I don’t like having to use public restrooms.

Worthless product. Description totally misleading
Rating zero stars but zero is not an option! This product is worthless. Description totally misleading as it states it is for ADULT male incontinence but is tiny and holds 20 ml urine- that is 4 teaspoons! What adult urinates only 4 teaspoons? Total rip off taking advantage of vulnerable adults looking for a solution to a common medical problem.

Terribe design that needed modifying
Unfortunately there are very few options in this area that are small, discreet, and work well. This one fails in several ways. First, the elastic band makes it difficult to put on, and impossible to put on quickly. Second, if you do manage to get it in place, the fit is poor and it can easily fall off. Third it is noisy. The outer plastic bag crinkles when you move or sit down, making it much less discreet than it should be. I did come up with a workaround, but it is far from perfect. The only way I was able toi use these effectively is to remove the inner absorbant pounch from the plastic bag (it is coated in a thin layer of plastic). Then cut along one side from the opening to the bottom. Then put the pouch in place with the cut opening at the top, wrap it around and tape it in place. This at least made them usable and quiet.

Kinda tight
Like the other reviewers, it is kinda tight. I snip the rubber band and it still mostly stays on. Good for dribbles or small spritzes. Uncomfortable until I cut the rubber band. I like the full pouches better, but they cost like $1-$1.50 each! These are cheaper.

The product doesn't work..I Need a refund..
The product is no t long enough The circumference is to small .. The elastic does not stretch large enough and hold strong enough to stay on if there is leakage.. This does not fit a average size person like me.. The biggest draw back is that it is to short..

New review: Amazon vs the big online auction site that starts with e and ends with Bay.
I’ve mostly bought these pouches via Amazon, but I saw a lower price on e Bay (lowest price if 4 or more bought together). Big savings, smaller product. Packaging is the same in all ways, but a much smaller pouch. The manufacturer did not reply to me after two emails, so I bought another package from Amazon and the pouches are the larger size. It might not be an issue for some, but I needed the larger pouch. I mostly like this product. I'm uncut, so it can slip down on my manhood a bit too far if I don't carefully insert into the pouch. The exterior plastic part makes for some sweat where it is pressed against other skin, and the plastic exterior is noisy. I made a separate purchase of cotton baby mittens to cover the pouch and it works great for decreasing the noise and the sweat. I find this product is easier to use than the other pouch-like option that's available. That product is about $10 less expensive for the same number of pouches, so it's a tough call on which one is the better product. For ease of use, this one wins. I have also found that this pouch can hold a large amount of liquid, if needed (unless you get the e Bay ones mentioned above). Much easier to change out of than a full-size adult diaper. Use caution, as it will get heavy and bulky if very full, but it can be disposed of quickly and easily. The other pouch, by MDP, is smaller (less bulk, but won't hold nearly as much liquid) and has a fabric exterior, so no crinkle sounds, and no sweaty balls. But with MDP, it's more difficult to put on especially if you have to go at night (removal and putting back on is a hassle, and the straps need to be pretty tight for the MDP brand to stay on).
