Fresh and flavorful. I have bought other fennel seed that was dry enough the hulls came off the kernels. This fennel seed was fresher. I take eat a teaspoon after each meal for good digestion.

I found this fennel seed to be a great fennel seed for cooking. It has a fresh taste and odor when using it. Fennel Seed is my not-so-secret ingredient in my spaghetti sauce, and we use a lot of it in our sauce. It's a bit of a struggle to just find fennel seed in our grocery stores since we are in a more rural area and I love that I can now just add a large bottle to my Amazon orders and have it delivered.
