Just awesome. I highly recommend it.
Loved it. No spiritual buffoonery. Just plain yoga as good as physiotherapy I highly recommend it.

very good for those beginners who are very ambitious
very good book especially if you are a beginner like me. you can shortlist 6-7 poses that to master in next few months/years and for those poses , first you can do easier positions and as flexibility grows, go all the way to hardest position of these poses which cover all joints/aspects. i wish it had some more tough poses like the ones i see in videos of kino yoga
