Mazda 626 and MX-6 Ford Probe Automotive Repair Manual: 1993 to 2001: 61042 (Haynes Automotive Repair Manuals)

I have a Ford Probe and while I don't particularly want to maintain it myself,I do want to know what is what in greater detail than the Owner's Handbook.The manual is used but in a decent clean condition. Good value.

A typical Haynes really, several errors in procedures, but mostly ok.Remember it's for USA models, so some things are not correct, especially the engine fault code reading, which is different. A visit to the UKPOC owners club can tell you that procedure free anyhow.Still worth buying though, but don't treat every word as gospel.

This book is packed with imfomation and i have not found any difference between my 626 and the American one yet.I have had quite a few cars in my time and i have always bought a manual for them but this one in my opinion is the best.... If Haynes had printed this for the UK market i feel sure that it would,nt have been so comprehensive

Useful to thumb through before starting a job, but the CD varieties are better for depth and details, plus you can just print the relevant bits for the workshop.American mag in paperback, with some shortfalls on UK spec cars.
