So far not impressed. It’s false advertising to call this thing a tooth brush. It doesn’t actually brush anything. It just vibrates it’s like sticking an electric toothbrush in your mouth without moving it around. I followed the suggestion of the reviews and moved it around a bit. But I’m not sure how this thing is supposed to clean. It’s just vibrating plastic and a pretty blue light. It’s not time saving since it doesn’t clean your tongue, which is where most of the “stank breath” causing bacteria is. So you still gotta use a toothbrush or tongue scraper. So, your teeth are getting the vibrating blue light special, while you stank tongue gets the cold shoulder. Not very efficient if you ask me. Also the charging dock is a joke. Doesn’t lock in or anything. Just sits there very unsecured. If you fart too hard it looses the connection. And it’s USB. I know we live in a connected world but honestly how many people have a USB port just sitting in their bathroom? So far not impressed.

Let me start by saying that I was excited to receive this product and looked forward to what it promised in the advertising. Unfortunately, it did not deliver. To start, the directions on use are vague and do not match with how the product actually works. The fit on my teeth was loose and while it was working, did not feel as though it was cleaning my teeth at all. The 3 setting are a joke and often the device just shut off after a few seconds and will not turn back on. The charging dock did not work at all and the “custom” toothpaste foam is laughable. I do not recommend this product for anyone who wants to actually have their teeth clean. Stick with your toothbrush for now.

I really really wanted this to work for my 8 yo who does not like to brush his teeth.Regular toothpaste is hard to use in it. We even got the foaming toothpaste, which worked fine but tasted different than his normal. The toothpaste was difficult to get out of the brush. It did not seem to brush the teeth as well as it should have. Both kids had tarter build up for the first time.The major problem was, no matter how much he rinsed it off, the charging base would get fouled with water and toothpaste residue. It quickly rendered it impossible to use because it would not charge. I hope the charging is changed to accommodate this, then we would try the product again.

This product does not reach the gum line. I asked customer support and they said to move the device left to right. Intuitively this did not make sense. In practice it did not work.

This toothbrush does not recharge... it worked once and that’s it ... now I am told the return window has passed ... can’t tell you how disappointed I am ..... feeling like I got ripped off
